What does your business do and what is your role at your company?
Through a strong training system, the company has more than 100 service outlets, the projects have been covered in 10 provinces and more than 70 cities, the company is equipped with more than 1,500 technical service talents, serving 1 million scientific and technological beauty customers. And the online and offline quarter revenue of service outlets has exceeded 50 Million RMB.
What is the main reason you hired the service provider?
We were weak in sorting out the business model of the company. In addition, we did not learn about the key points of the project viewed by the investors and did not know how to write a business plan. We had a smooth communication with the Project Manager in the early stage to understand the project by looking at the cases, which were very professional and deep in writing.
