HANSAVEST: market research and content strategy

Client’s brief: Hansavest is a recruitment and consulting agency from Estonia, providing jobs and assistance for welders and metal workers in Estonian factories and enterprises. Our task was to help the digital marketing team of the client learn more on Ukrainian mentality, market and target audience groups.
Results:
- Yedynka team conducted market research with the aim to examine two key directions: competitor environment (key players, their USPs, positioning, key offers and messages, their digital activities and sources of traffic/leads) and target audience (peculiarities, triggers and barriers, geographic split, jobs to be done, etc.)

We had a very broad task from EBRD starting with stating a problem: the Ukrainian market of textile and apparels lacks standardization, consolidation and verificated database of its participants. We have conducted global research to provide a solution solving the problem and went even further – we are developing and launching the first global platform for the industry, where market operators can find each other, communicate, promote themselves, find contracts and sell.

MATERIALISE: building the Employer Brand Strategy

Client's Brief: To boost the building of the company's Employer Brand in Ukraine.
Materialise is a Belgium company and pioneer in 3D printing in the world.
The company has 25 offices worldwide. But the Ukrainian office is developing software for the whole company. That's why the hiring process needs a strong Employer Brand in Ukraine, different from other offices.
Results: To adapt the Materialise Employer Brand Strategy to the needs of the Ukrainian office, we decided to start with the investigation of the internal and external information fields and trends in the employer market and in-depth interviews with the representatives of main Stakeholders groups.
Than, we organized the strategic session with the leaders of all departments of the Ukrainian office to outline communication goals, key messages and KPIs in the context of Employer Brand Development
We also prepared two Hiring Weeks to find specialists for the company to test the first assumptions and new formats of hiring. To promote the events, we used PPC ads and announcements in IT communities. As a result, the price of 1 contact was 0,015 € and hiring cost 159 € per candidate.

MORRIS GARAGES: SMM strategy and implementation
Client’s brief: to create and implement a digital strategy to promote the brand on social networks. To build a powerful online channel for increasing brand awareness and perception, on traffic and lead generation. For MG, this is the second attempt to enter the Ukrainian market, this time in cooperation with Winner.
Results: After many stages of audience investigation we launched new brand communication, using 15 SMM mechanics and special projects, several dozen of creative ideas, and 11 basic target audiences. This allowed us to constantly exceed KPI’s: +128% coverage and 363% traffic on Facebook; +310% coverage and +437% engagement on Instagram.
All these components launched a bright start for MG in the domestic market, which will allow it to become a top-of-mind brand for many car lovers.

Website for German Ukrainian Researchers Network)

Year: 2020
Task: to develop a website for the project of the Institute of European Politics (Germany). The project is oriented at juniour and senior analysts of German and Ukrainian analytic centers and universities willing to strengthen their professional expertise in the sphere of practical investigations and implement common investigation projects with thematical focus on Ukraine. The key website's objective is to engage new participants to the project.
Solution: the easiest and most user-friendly way to engage online audience is to get feedback via forms.
We developed 4 static forms on the website and additionally created a special form-constructor allowing the client to generate the needed fields for the form on the page Announcements themselves. Thus, creating certain events, contest etc., the client has an opportunity to gather prospects' data (separately from each form and each language version).
One more feature of the admin panel is the constructor for special projects - the client can create a page themselves out of a certain number of blocks. To make special project pages more prominent there is also a different from other pages scrolling.
Moreover, the feature is implemented to move materials from one section to another by a single click of the mouse. For example, when an event passed, one can move the material from section Announcements to section News, comments or several other sections.

MEDIADRIVER - online tutorial development

Task: to create online tutorial on media-literacy for teenagers. To develop the concept of online tutorial. To develop a logo. To create an interactive platform with the ability to study material and get appraisals.

Solution: we created the concept of the tutorial - navigator in media world. We developed the structure of content interactive appearance with gamification elements. We also developed a system of achievements giving the ability to receive personal victories and share them with friends.
Features: in the design we totally stick to developed concept, this allowed us to style the web-site accordingly: we created the animation of Mediacity for the homepage and implemented the elements inherent for the topic: pin-icons, suggestions, locations, etc.

Client’s brief: to redesign official brand website in terms of new requirements of the global brand, considering modern web technology trends.

VERDE. Kid's clinic website development
Client’s brief: to develop a web-solution for a new premium children’s clinic.
Results:
We started with lead users methodology implementation to find out what the perfect children clinic web-site is. So we talked to moms of different psychological types we preliminary defined about functionality, services, image, usability, usage scenarios, etc. We investigated world’s best practices as well. And created a prototype of a highly functional and user-friendly web-site, which is going to develop further into a kind of e-health platform.
The web-site contains the ability to schedule an appointment with the doctor, to call a doctor home, to choose a correct doctor by numerous parameters, next year the personal account with the ability to save your kid’s appointments, doctors’ prescriptions and to chat with your doctor online.

JAGUAR: Gamified promo campaign
Client`s brief: To announce a premiere of the first crossover Jaguar F-Pace in Ukraine.
Description of the project: Non-standard advertising with the gamification elements. Users were proposed “to catch a predator” through click on non-standard banners with advertising of the new car model. By clicking on the banner users won score. The system has identified users through their social media login. The winners won a trip for two for a test-drive of Jaguar F-Pace to Montenegro.

Results: Huge coverage of unique views (546k) and 6% CTR which is an enormous for banner campaign. Other outcome of the campaign – the extensive database of the potential customers thought necessary registration of participants.

Website for a FinTech Startup

Task: Website development for our client with headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, innovative fintech startup, the developer of the system and platform for mobile payments.
Solution: Bancore is developing a mobile banking environment on extremely complicated African market, to provide its 750 million inhabitants and numerous companies with the possibility to make transactions online. We’ve joined the initiative by developing the website for Bancore from scratch. We’ve dived into product peculiarities, developed the website’s structure, defined the content structure, designed the website and deployed the ready-made product to the client.

Task: UX/UI design for corporate website of a fintech startup Coinify, Denmark.
Solution: We’ve considered that any web-site is the digital face of the brand, the core source of information about the company and its services, the key and often first touchpoint for potential clients. That's why it is crucially important to think before start about the mission and values your brand carries, about how you want to be perceived, what actions you want your users to take, and vice versa - what do they potentially look for and intend to do on your site.
So a simple at a first glance task - to make a UX design for the future website's main page - had turned into target audience investigation, product research and brainstorms series, thanks to which we have not only refreshed the brand's digital identity, but also developed user flows and future website's architecture, updated the navigation, and added a bit of Danish hygge to it - sunshine, warmness, joy and friendliness.

Winner Group Ukraine is the Ukrainian company with American investments, the official importer of automotive brands to Ukraine (Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo, Porsche, Bentley, MG, Ford). My position is Premium Brands Marketing Communication Manager.

We have hired ZedznkaDGTL to work with Land Rover brand in Ukraine, its image and positioning. For higher engagement rates and loyalty level from time to time we go for content special projects to enhance our regular communications activities. We are also always running CSR projects. Ukrainer was such kind of projects, based on social responsibility and providing unique local content for Land Rover brand in Ukraine.

We have been working with Yedynka for 8 years already. The team runs SMM and website support for several Winner brands, including Land Rover. So, we know the vendor pretty well and are sure they care about our brands’ image in digital and deliver best possible results. With the help of Yedynka team we have integrated Land Rover brand into all-Ukrainian expedition. Land Rover was one of the sponsors of this cultural initiative aiming at promoting Ukraine internally and abroad. The expedition started on the all-new Land Rover Discovery. So most of the content from the expedition included Land Rover vehicle and logo. Yedynka helped with project management, SMM support of the project, content production and management.
What was the team composition?
We have our own brand manager within Yedynka team who helps us run our digital activities. Also SMM team was engaged – SMM head, copywriters, designers. We’ve also engaged technical support team to run the project promo within Land Rover official website.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Several months after the project was launched, it reached up to 1 mln users monthly across different platforms. The CPM was much lower than our regular one (from PPC campaigns for example)

Rather effective. They’re always supportive and in contact with our managers.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their pro-activity, cause the project was totally initiated by Yedynka team. And their ability to integrate social initiatives with business needs was impressive.

Probably, the reporting process could be improved a bit, because projects of this scale are really very hard to track. Though this did not greatly influence the project value for Land Rover brand.
