Hestia brand identity
Two companies, a law firm, and a real estate consultancy joined forces together to build a new business solution meant to provide a more efficient service with a stronger legal muscle in the real estate investment ground. They needed naming & branding for their new venture.

Salt brand identity
Salt is a real estate developer that loves pushing the boundaries of apartment construction. The intention of Salt is to deliver extremely high-quality living spaces with superior materials and classy textures. This was integrated into the branding, which resulted in a careful selection of paper and printing techniques. No technical effort was spared in this case.

I am the founder of a mobile entertainment company in Honolulu, Hawaii which serves some of the top 500 companies in the retail and hospitality space.
For what projects/services did your company hire TheTheory?
We were looking to build a national brand identity and needed a digital strategy for our company. We knew we needed to solve this problem in order for us to scale but we lacked the knowledge on how to do it ourselves. We found TheTheory via LinkedIn and saw that they covered all the services we were looking for.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed a digital presence including a website and social media. Our goal was to reach future clients and prospect future professionals to grow the team.
How did you select TheTheory?
We found TheTheory via LinkedIn. After seeing their website which was a demonstration of their work, we absolutely loved it. We sent the company an email for a proposal request. Once we got the proposal back, our team reviewed it, had a couple of calls with TheTheory to go over it. What sold us was their communication, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After we were all on board, we got started with a discovery session which was led by their founder. He laid the groundwork to understand our goals, our fears and our expectations. Understanding who our customer is and how to reach them.They had their team work with our team on a roadmap of deliverables, stylecapes of what the overall website would look like and prototypes there after.
Once we signed off on all the mockups, they setup a demo of website and shared it with our team. There was a week and half where the website was being tested for quality assurance and then launched the next week where they monitored it for 48 hours to make sure there was no issues.
What was the team composition?
There were several producers and creative directors along with the founder that was the core group. They had a several designers and developers as well. Everyone was introduced at the beginning and the team stayed the same over the course of the project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We did not have a website or social media prior so everything is 100% gain. However, our expectation going in was to gain one new client a month. It's been almost a year now and we have gained an average of 4 clients a month!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
TheTheory was able to work with our existing management tools which one being, monday.com. It worked seamlessly as they provided all key milestone updates and touchpoints throughout.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The takeaway is, TheTheory really cares and it's something that stood out right from the start. There were a few things we thought we needed but going through the discovery session, instead of them adding on services to drive up the costs... they actually cut the costs way down as it was discovered we really didn't know as much as we thought.
That seems so rare these days and it was a welcomed surprise and delight.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We didn't know what to expect or compare it to but we had an amazing experience working with TheTheory and can't think of anything that stood out to be improved on.
TheTheorywas able to exceed the client's expectation as they continue to gain more customers monthly. They were able to work on the internal team's existing management tools. The collaboration was seamless and they provided all key milestones in a timely manner.
