Got to know about their amazing design work in their previous project in our nearby locality in Lucknow ,which clicked my mind to choose this vendor and go ahead. Its been more than 2 years and they are best in design work .Even the participating audience loved their design work .

Overall recommend to others and we ll be going with this vendor for all our future project. Deciding factor was the creativity and innovative trendy design which catches your eyes to select this vendor.

Starting with the website development to designing of every single creative of our TEDxMotijheel ,it was a complete satisfactory journey so far. Once website got live , they use to create the content as per our suggestion and upload it with the best design.

Then after designing the poster ,leaflet ,flyers , Tickets , venue hoardings design and many more they created. It was a complete continuous process and one to one involvement and discussion and brain storming behind every design. They replicated well as per our requirement.

In Total 3-4 peoples from this vendor was involved and these people were Partner ,manager and Designer and other members.

Their all the creative designs and website look was liked and loved by all our end users which they use to give us feedback on the event day . Specially the design they did for our stage this time was amazing.

Best part and outcomes with Xvs Creations is that ,whatever you want in the design as per your thought process, they use to listen and implement alomost same in the design which i liked most with the xvs creations. Whenever i found any design or have any idea in mind to create any random design ,they did it super efficiently well within the time limit.

I was in touch with the team and it was as much easier to work as i use to left the watsapp message at late night about next day work , and they use to pick it up from their with ready design. So i never felt to take followup or to call again and again to get any particular work done .

They even know the priority of the requirement ,accordingly they delivered. Even if we required at the last moment at mid night any design , they delivered with their best design. So workflow with our and their team was well coordinated and outcome at best.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Best and unique part about this company is their calm composed delivery in pressure with the best design. Even if you have lesser time and if you want to get the design to just get it, they always delivered best in the minimum time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Complete team of xvs creations lead by Mr Sanjeev is already a creative man and they don't need my suggestion for improvement. I think they use to upgrade them self time to time.

Sanjeev and his team invest lot of time to understand the vision, what we are trying to achieve and recommend solutions based upon technical nuances as well as design aspects. We found 35% increase in our prospect's reach.

It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Sanjeev and his team. They are very supportive and completes their work on their promised time. They were instrumental in helping us translate the vision we had for the website, prints, and customized videos.

This particular project was a mix of motion and still medias production. We needed to target different audience in different sector on different platforms. There versatility had been really helpful. We needed certain explainer and teaser videos along with printable designs.

From the beginning there was Sanjeev who communicated most of the things and then his designer got involved to create draft material. He also worked on the story boards. Then they brought animation team on board to work on this project. In all we had 4 people from their side and two from our side.

Once our brochures and catalogs got printed we had very positive feedback from our client. they loved the work and offered some other printable material to get designed on other products as well.

Work flow was good in between both the teams at certain point we felt the need of someone who can keep an regular eye on overall project given the different types of designing work going on. It was too much to handle at some point because of the strict timeline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to handle work. We throw more work at them what have been anticipated but they quickly handled quit well after few days. The quality of the work delivered was impressive.

They could work on strengthening their team so that are able to work in more tight timelines. Scaling up is necessary cause of the dynamic nature of our business.

With every event we handle, many things have to be taken care of in branding and marketing. Projecting clear agenda to our audience is important and thus we work on every aspect where our clients could interact I.e (website, small and big print media.)

Our main point of contact was Mr. Sanjeev Sharma, Partner with xVS Creations. We generally managed things pretty easily with him, but he also made things convenient whenever we needed to talk to the right person on his team that handles the specific thing.

The websites they have worked on were effective, we were able to deliver things to our users pretty easily and quickly through that medium. Other than the website the creatives they have made were also creative and caught the attention of many key people who attended those events

Very effective I would say, we were in touch with every key person handling different things and If there was any issue needed to be addressed Sanjeev was always there. Overall synchronization was good between both teams.

Ease of doing work and delivering work on time.

Yes, they can improve the proofreading process as sometimes we have to revert things with duplicate amendments.

Yes, people liked the way the designs have come through. In my team, people appreciated the work. In the events, the designs really gelled with the overall theme.

It was effective, majorly we exchange files over emails and for a short briefing, the phone call was enough. Whenever the need arose they came in for a proper discussion.

What challenge were you trying to address with xVS Creations?

We launched a program where we needed a company to help with communication support surrounding design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, xVS Creations worked on all the branding for the program as well as designing materials for outreach. We needed to reach out in the rural areas in India to create awareness of the program.

Their team started with the logo for the program, and then they started with the rest of the branding. As part of the program, we were doing a fundraiser in Chicago. xVS Creations did all of the branding communication materials for that event, assisting with the backdrop and lights. Their team also created brochures, applications, and a book of stories about our girls that we work with along with the design work that comes with that.
