Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the owner of an HVAC company in Florida. We have been in business for close to three years.
What challenge were you trying to address with Xtreme Web Tech?
I was having serious problems with my SEO, web design, and everything digital-related. I didn’t have the time to learn nor the skills to do things myself, so I engaged Xtreme to take care of it for me.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Xtreme created an entirely new website for me from scratch. They did on-page SEO and content writing and designed the icons, photos, logos, and buttons on the site.
What is the team composition?
There were around 10 people working on this project.
How did you come to work with Xtreme Web Tech?
I was searching everywhere from Fiverr to Upwork. I posted the project description and received around 50 responses. I went back and forth with a lot of people until I eventually talked to someone from Xtreme. That’s how I was introduced to the founder. From day one, the owner inspired a lot of confidence in me to the point where I decided to go with their team.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around August 2021. The project is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Not a lot of people can honestly say to their clients that though a lot of things have been accomplished, there is still much that needs to be done. Xtreme, however, shows everything to me transparently and makes legitimate recommendations. They do the whole nine yards.
How did Xtreme Web Tech perform from a project management standpoint?
Xtreme is great at communicating and advising me on what not to venture into. They tell me what might be a waste of money, but provide proper alternatives or steps to take before we can get into what I want to do.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It really stands out to me that the founder, from the very first day I hired them, said he wanted the results to speak louder than words. That is exactly what he has done. Xtreme has built me a beautiful beast of a website, and I am really impressed.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There is nothing I can complain about.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Explain exactly what it is that you want so that Xtreme can deliver. In general, with any company, if you don’t tell them exactly what you want, it is harder for them to meet your expectations.
