I am an administrator in the company MORAMART S.R.L. We have 3 presentation locations. Our company started in 2001 and has as main object of activity the production (manufacturing), focused on the processing of marble and granite.

For what projects/services did your company hire XCODES DEVELOPMENT, and what were your goals?

We started to have problems with goods inventory management, production management and customer orders. In the past we used general software that was more focused on accounting. As an administrator, I was interested in having access to stocks, production and customer orders. We wanted to have a custom software for our business to handle management. It was a requirement for the application to have invoices, goods, technological process and customer orders including money management in accounts. Another important part was that the application could be accessed in the phone's browser.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

In the past, the administrator of XCODES DEVELOPMENT helped me to create a website for a certain range of products that our company offers. I was very satisfied with the work he did and he helped me. After we made a scheme for the application, what I would like it to contain, we started to collaborate.

They started building a prototype together with the database architecture based on our wishes. There were many days in which we discussed and explained the technological process at our headquarters and in the production part. I had meetings for about 3 months while the project was being developed. In order to start the implementation they had to understand first of all how the business works and what problems we want to solve. A very interesting part was that they managed to come up with new solutions that we would not have thought possible.

There were 4 people I had discussions with. For the most part, the company's administrator, who can also be called the project manager, planned the entire application architecture and he understood very well how our business works. Besides the project manager, there were two programmers, a senior and a middle one, together with the designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was completed on time. A period of training followed for the administrators and for the operator in charge of adding the data in the application. A person from the XCODES DEVELOPMENT added some of the goods and technological processes so our operator to understand. After we started working with the program we really realized how much it helps. We could keep a very clear record of all stocks, production, customer orders, payments made to suppliers, etc. In half a year I felt a significant change in the company in control of the company, stocks of goods but also an increase in profit by about 30%.

The project management was great. They divided the project into deadlines. They told us how long certain parts were made. We had meetings online and at our headquarters. I had access to tasks on monday.com. While the project was developing it was updated on the server and we could authenticate and see the changes that were made.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood the company's problems. They managed to create the application according to our needs in a simple and easily accessible way. Another impressive thing were the new ideas and solutions found by programmers from a technical perspective. Also, our operator was able to adapt very easily and understand the application. Another very important thing is that we managed to keep in touch, and when we had questions they helped us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes we got into too much technical detail for our knowledge, but in general we worked and we understood each other very well.

I'm the IT Technical Director and Senior Software Developer for moto-gear.ro products.

For what projects/services did your company hire XCODES DEVELOPMENT, and what were your goals?

We decided to create a new mobile app because 80% of our users are using the moto-gear.ro website using their phones.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to work with Xcodes because in the past we have used their services. What we loved so much is they resolve problems in good time and respect the deadlines provided.

We had 2 meetings at start: an overall meting presenting the key functionalities and one after to discuss how things will be implemented. We decided to use the Ionic Framework to develop the app both on the IOS and Android. We have supply and extensive API to be used in the mobile app. They succeed to implement all of our requirements.

We have worked at that time with 3 resources: two senior software developer and one senior UX/UI designer from their part.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the app we have been pleased to see that most of the orders has moved to our app.

They have communicated everything very clear by email or online Teams meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing was their response time to all of our requirements. They provided good feedback for our needs and guide us in building a good app.

I do not think of one right now.

I am the owner of the company, specialized in the field of design, ux / ui.

For what projects/services did your company hire XCODES DEVELOPMENT, and what were your goals?

The challenge for xcodes development was to create a website usability testing platform based on Nielsen's 10 heuristics. A scoreable test useful for any website or mobile app owner to position their product in terms of usability.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Xcodes development were recommended to me by one of their clients. We looked at the portfolio and established a cost estimate. They drew up a roadmap and we signed the contract.

We were introduced to the frontend very quickly, then to the backend, which was very intuitive. Everything was done custom, at their recommendation, the development was done in Laravel. They created a very scalable system that gave us the possibility to create any kind of test, for any field of activity. This prompted other ideas, which is why the platform is currently down to work on another more complex algorithm.

By the way they created the product architecture, it can be scaled and applied in any domain.

They created a roadmap and we knew at all times where we were in product development. We also used a kanban tool where communication was done. We also had weekly online meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very impressed that they acted like it was their project. They came up with innovative ideas and solutions we hadn't thought of. So now we have more than a product but a product generating factory.
