I am thegeneral manager. We are manufacturers and exporters of high-quality Reactive Blue P3R. It is a dye used to colour clothes.

We had no website since our company's inception and were eager to build one with best-in-class design and user friendly experience

We had sour experiences in past realted to I.T. services but were delighted and consider ourselves lucky enough to work with Xatch Software and its team. We posted on upwork regarding our requirement and they reached us on the same platform.

In the initial meetings, we discussed regarding UI/UX of website and its functionalities. They promised us a timeline but delivered before the mentioned timeline and with accurate results. Our website is created using PHP, HTML, CSS, Jquery etc.

The entire team of Xatch Software were keen and took an active interest in working on our project but were shocked to see the involvement of Yash (C.E.O) himself along with developers and project managers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch of website we saw their precise work on keywords and had attained a far better position on Google Search Result in initial days itself. The Deliverables were on time and were best-in-class

They used Zoho and Trello for internal communication and emails for keeping a track of the exchange of messages.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed, accuracy, and creativity. Their dedication and hardworking attitude impressed us the most.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No we don't think as of now they need any improvement as far as they under the leadership of Yash.

I'm working as outsourcing manager at a chemical firm called Multichem Corporation. We manufacture paints and textitle pigment emulsions.

We had a website which was created three years back but it wasoutdated and dull in design so we contacted Xatch Software to re-create one for us and they did the work with complete accuracy and innovation.

We searched online for best I.T. companies and came in contact with them. After inital meetings we were impressed by their intial works and their pricing was pocket friendly which became a deciding factor for us.

Our website represented our products and our company profile with contact us feature, live chat feature and whatsapp module. We were pleased to see their dedication related to work and the web designs they gave us. They used PHP for web development.

Around 10 people worked with us and were highly qualified team of engineers with an experience of quite a few years and even the C.E.O looked towards the projcet progress in all stages

After the launch of our new website our sales sky rocketed and our page rankings improved naturally and we saw a surge in website visitors. Our all it benefitted our business.

We were alloted a project who overlooked over the entire process and informed us about every second of it without any delay. We used many CRM/s for constant communication and interaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their working style and dedication in serving us have been impressive. Never expected someone could be so genuine and happy to help even after so many corrections in the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should increase the no. of visits for better understanding of technicalities and for stronger bond with client.

I am a export manager in RDM Industries. I have my business accross 5 other locations in Gujarat.

We hired Xatch software for making our company's E-commerce website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came accross with many other companies but after seeing the determination and services; we finalized Xatch software.

They implemented our new website and also migrated every minute information (standard) and made our website convenient for our clients.

Their CEO is very humble and was our main point of contact. Other than him there were 2 other people involved.

Website implementation scaled our business upto 70%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was completed on time. There was full transperancy between both the parties. Mode of contact was either mail or chat or call. Team is very intact and usually replies within 30 mins.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated that they took time to understand the project, which is why the outcome was just perfect and which made their company a complete fit for situation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We wish that they could teach us how to make improvisation in website but that's completely out of scope for their work.
