We discuss and support each other how to get the goal. They are very active, quickly. We can ask any question without hesitation. Their workflow is clear and on time.

They are very flexible, ready to listen and always find more value to client. They have a good team to support any requirement from client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Actually, they are one of perfect marketing agency which I ever seen. However, they not show up them too much compare with others. It may be their business philosophy. Anyway, I expect to see them become leading in their field. Thank you.

Creative Station was a company specialized in designing and event management. The highest number of participants for our events is 6000 and the number of events we managed in jsut 4 years is more than 200. I was the design manager at Creative Station, being responsible for any design of any publification of any taken projects.

To clarify the time paradox, I have to explain that: - At the time, X-DMAIC Digital World was not legally established, rather, we collaborated with the freelancers team which would later formed X-DMAIC Digital World.

The project we hired X-DMAIC team back then was to build the brand for Landmark 81 building, running online ads and PR activities and help with certain setup in the topping out ceremony.

Back then, they were just a team of freelancers. Their style of working and the quality of work they delivered were totally professional.

After 1 month the website had posted we had five clients contacted and I had three service contracts. That is so great.

We discuss and find out the way to get the goal. I think we have the same view and that is to find the best solution for the client.

They should update the price of service because they do better than the price and low price may make the new client think they are not enough quality.

Since the beginning of the project, X-DMAIC has been completing their work on time while helping us with many other aspects outside their scope of works like: which technical information should be presented first to appeal viewers, re-design of our newly imported products,... So far, the website's function and appearance are up to our expectation

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

While we do not have much to exchange as most of the necessary information has been sent, X-DMAIC would contact us if any important or controversial piece of information comes up for discussion. We have no trouble communicating although we only use Zalo as the main communication channel.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I find that their research and understanding of our brand the most impressive. The simple reason is that when we contacted them back, they immediately arranged a meeting and quickly gave us a suggestion on what we should do next based on our situation.

So far, the only work between us and them is building the website and it is excellent. I am looking forward to the social marketing and ads.

While the first campaign was not every effective, it did set a benchmark for our later campaigns as well as giving us much insights into what we should do and prepare for a campaign. As for proof, we may not give you any direct link as they are all archieved now.

Whie there were several face-to-face meetings between GLOBEDR and X-DMAIC, most of information exchange are conducted online. Most of work was done smoothly, except for a few misinformation which were settled quickly

Their process of DMAIC requires long time to be fully implemented.

The project manager and project team always support us, following the agreed timeline. If any requests or problems occur, they always listen, find solutions and resolve as quickly as possible.

The website of the work of the agency team is very satisfying to us. The website is not only attractive but also conveys everything we want to convey to the target audience.

Everything went smoothly except for one small error at the first time but was immediately fixed by the agency team.
