What challenge were you trying to address with WTT Solutions?

We had previously used a different company for development and had lots of issues with them. There was communication issues and their code had lots of flaws. We started to look elsewhere for a partner, and turned to WTT Solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For this collaboration, they used Flutter, .NET, and Angular.

There was a number that worked on our project. I would estimate five.

After having issues with our previous service provider, someone recommended us WTT Solutions and they’ve been great.

How much have you invested with them?

I believe it’s been about $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’re still working together and we started work in March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s a night and day difference from our previous vendor. Our website is functioning much better and we’ve had significantly less headaches. It’s definitely less buggy.

If they see something that doesn’t look right in the code, they address it right away. Because of them, we’ve found security issues left from our previous vendor. They’re very informative too — after they find those things they give us recommendations on how to fix them.

How did WTT Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They have great personalities and they’re well run. They’re responsible and communicate well. They take the time to understand what we’re trying to achieve. They’re incredibly involved and they care.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail in coding is incredibly impressive.

Not really, they’re pretty responsible.

I am the founder and CEO of Lynxit LLC. We are a company that is looking to create a new type of affordable and accessible digital marketing platform.

We hired WTT Solutions for our mobile development and high-fidelity front-end design screens.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They came highly recommended to us. After we met with the CEO and a few key developers we asked them if they used the node.js framework and Flutter sdk, they did use those and so we went with them.

We meet every Tuesday and Thursday to discuss the features of the app being coded in the following week to make sure my vision for the app matches the efforts they are putting into its development. They have excellent communication with our team through slack or zoom.

My main interaction is with the senior software developer. We would also meet up with the main screen designer to make quick screen improvements.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I initially hired another design company here in the states to create the high-fidelity screens of the app, but they were so slow and put me on the backburner. For example they would take 2 weeks to create 10 new screens. Switching to WTT Solutions graphic designer was the best decision. They crank out 10 new screens a day and make screen adjustments overnight. I am very happy with their graphic designer.

As noted before, we meet two times a week and use zoom and slack from day to day. Im very happy with their communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their work ethic is most impressive. I have access to the Figma page that lists every user looking at the page. Exactly at the beginning of their workday all the developers are working on the page together. They do not drag their feet getting started or working till the end of the day.

No improvments I can think of.

For what projects/services did your company hire WTT Solutions, and what were your goals?

We had wire frames of the product and wanted to start development from the inception. Our goal was to reach an MVP by the end of the summer in 2020

I interviewed many companies and developers to build the project and had some troubles. Upon meeting Serge at WTT, I knew he was an honest person and would be able to deliver the project.

Serge was able to navigate all the required goals (database setup, front end web responsiveness etc and he was very flexible and easy to work with.

We communicated through video chat (google/ zoom) and used Jira and slack. The project management style was very direct.

I really enjoyed working with Serge. He was calm, smart, and flexible enough to get things done.

Increased documentation around the project managment.

I needed 3 websites built. They are all the same website, but I needed the website built in Angular, Vue and React. WTT solutions was able to quickly and gracefully take on this task for me.

WTT Solutions stood out immediately because they have excellent reviews and track record and the talent to tackle all three of my projects. I did not have to hire multiple contractors to take on the task.

These are demo sites, so there are no metrics to measure at the moment.

We communicated through upwork and github. Serhii was always available to answer scoping questions or anything else.

The quality and timeliness of the work were most impressive.

We had engaged WTT Solutions to build custom software. Our goal was to manage Google API and create custom algorithms along with the development of the app.

They designed the app starting from the previous old app and our mockup. They broke down in steps the work needed asking to approve every single step and eventually providing them with more details. They have developed the app by Python and JavaScript JSON.

They provided two API developers.

We were able to re-write the app under new languages and libraries, solving bugs earlier than expected. Once again, the team has been spending time back and forward with us through several Skype calls, helping us not only developing but also finding more appropriate solutions.

In the first 2 months, the app started to gain shape, and at the end of each month, we've got all the deliveries in place, step by step.

The project management was great, compared with a negative experience with other companies so far. We've used Asana, Miro, and Skype.

Over the course of the project on a weekly basis we would go over details via figma and slack. We would also have a zoom meeting roughly every week. Based on the updates and input to the team we saw constant work updates and results.
