I spoke to 3 people. Dwayne, kylie and billy.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Worst experience of my life. Took months and months to deliver absolute made up rubbish and very unprofessional. At this point I’m a quarter of a year in a job that I was told would take 2 weeks and they still haven’t delivered the job.

I’ve lost the deal and investor has walked away fuming. Working with them was the most stressful experience of my life and They’ve ruined my life. I basically wrote the whole business plan my self, did all the figures because they couldn’t follow clear instructions and they just made up numbers or copied and pasted into a document what I sent them.

No proof reading and nobody who knows what they are even doing. Lazy company with lazy staff. Seeking legal advice to sue them. If you want them to ruin your life then go ahead. I would avoid at all costs.

They are completely useless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing at all avoid.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should be shut down !!

I'm self-employed and have been working as a sales and marketing specialist on my past experiences and now I have my startup and my company works as a performance marketing agency.

I have some fresh ideas and need to create inbound marketing efforts which might help our company's development and growth. That's why I had to hire a content writer so they can help our services make their way to the top of Google. And help us to persuade all new users and traffic. Consistent content creation is one of the most effective ways to be a part of this digital world.

Modern marketing requires a large amount of content, which is challenging to generate at scale. Writing Services Hub simplifies the process of creating content. And if we talk about factors there are many things that convince me to work with them such as their can-do attitude professional skilled writers, well-written material, knowledgeable approach, timeline management, and customer support without any delay.

We were specifically seeking content development and strategy for our new startup company. Additionally, we needed the content to come in regularly, timely, and be consistent in quality, and for this Writing Services Hub was the perfect fit for us they work for content writing, content management, marketing, and strategy for my business

Our project was supported by a project manager and a content specialist. The project manager was the line of interaction between our team and theirs, and all information was communicated to him.

The project's outcomes were just what we had hoped for. The information was written in a way that was understandable to readers, while also keeping in mind that a reader's entire experience on our website should be user-friendly. We received positive feedback on how user-friendly our website was and how relevant the content was.

Our project was handled with absolute integrity by the team. But also with ease, and we were able to put our complete trust in them when it came to doing outstanding work for our website. Whenever we conducted feedback sessions or needed to talk in-depth about the project's progress, we used Skype, and for short contact, we used emails.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate Writing Services Hub's time and effort in understanding our company's requirements. The most impressive aspect of Writing Services Hub was how promptly they responded to our queries and any other discussion we had with them. They were really supportive and took the time to explain anything that was a little tough to understand in terms of the work they were doing.
