They’ve managed to deliver our website on time. We’ve also been getting a good amount of local inquiries since we started working on our website’s SEO, which we’re very happy about.

They’re excellent in this regard. Whenever I had something in mind in terms of functionality, I just give them a call, and they respond quickly. They’re always prompt, which makes things really smooth for us.

For communication, we interact through email most of the time. We also use Asana, especially when I want a particular workflow to be implemented. We sometimes connect via Skype for screen sharing and through phone calls as well.

We’re really impressed with their ability to deliver on time and provide optimal solutions to our problems. Another thing that really stands out to us is their proactiveness when it comes to giving suggestions. The quality of content they’ve given us is also commendable.

we already have two parties to communicate (the producers and the authors) but I had to connect a third party to all of this: the management of copyright... a real headache in usual times, I wanted to simplify the task to the point of automating it. a real argument to attract new customers.

The scope was to collect data from the sales of easy digital download to create a very specific document to send to the copyright department in France. Including duration of broadcast programs, digital signature etc ... This document should be sent by mail straight to the copyright department every beginning of month in just one click from the radio station.

We were in permanent contract. Exchanges were very courteous and the team was very responsive,always anxious to provide me with clear answers quickly.

They understand our needs and have really good skills in web development. you feel like you can ask them anything and that's nice/reassuring.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The final delivery was a bit laborious because the environment they had to deploy their development was not the same as there's. But it was fixed, just the time to say it.

Sneha was the lead liaison. She is fantastic. Whenever I wanted to convey a point I could reach out to her with no problem at all. Always available & always responding to my needs & questions. In my experience I had very reassuring communications with wpweb.

I am beginning advertising very soon. But the creation aspect was made simple & easy because of wpweb.

All timelines were honored. They actually beat the deadline by 1week. I had the plugin upgraded by them as well & they beat that timeline by a few days also.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of their work was above par. The cost is effective. The turnaround time is excellent. The communication is stellar. I contacted a company that created a website for me before I called wpweb. After I explained what I wanted the cost was double wpweb & the turnaround time was 2 months.

Plus, they said they do not commit to Damm projects however since they worked with me before they would make an exception. I was unwilling to wait 2 months so I shopped around & found wpweb. What a big difference. I saved time & money & received a top quality plugin. I will use them to create the website for the plugin as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do wish I could have hired them to intergrate the plugin into WordPress & Freemius for me. Or recommend someone who can. I like a 1 stop shop business, it makes the next steps easier to accomplish. They have earned my trust & my future business.

After sending the request i received a detailed scope of the work including costs and time. After all questions were cleared the developer started and finished the project in the before agreed time. After testing the new features which all worked exactly as described in the task i requested some additional changes.

I had a main contact from the company and discussed everything with him. The communication was very fast and professional.

The development was very quick and exactly as described in the project task. All features worked fine in the tests.

The communication started inside the support board from the company and we moved to skype once i required the additional features after the original task was finished.

Their quick and clear communication was very professional, and the tasks were finished in a short amount of time.

Everything was completed as requested. The additional work that we required after the first task was finished was because i did not send all informations that would have been optimal in the beginning.

The platform was launched with Wordpress, Woocommerce and the plugin developed by WpWeb PDF Voucher, which allowed us to sell vouchers to customers and establish different vendors who could manage the vouchers sold in their establishments independently in the system.

I worked with 2 people (Andy and Navneet) in 2 tickets opened in different times during the project.

Once launched, the platform sold 100% of the bonds within 3 weeks. The sellers have been able to access their administration panels to validate the vouchers with ease and the clients have obtained a good feedback from citizens and merchants.

The portal included administrative functions and different sales tools for the kids.

Daily conversation when required, weekly project timeline and deliverables reviews and then at major milestones and thorough review of progress and any issues arising. Any information requested was provided in a timely manner and any problems were communicated and agreed for best type of resolution.

They were willing to be partners in the development phases, rather than just a supplier.

I would suggest more internal developer partner testing before pushing out to beta testing and cross-check customer requirements against, scope and deliverables.

We'd been using EDD Front End Submissions plugin suite for our website but needed to expand the functionality to fit our specific business model. We needed a quick turn-around at an affordable price.
