To start, I let WPExperts know what I was looking for via email, explaining our goals and ideas over the course of a few messages. After agreeing on the cost and the estimated time frame the work could be completed by, I was happy to get started. WPExperts was very diligent and once the custom plugin was finished, the delivered some demonstrations and allowed me to test the finished product extensively to make sure my needs were met before finalizing the contract.

My main point of contact was a bunisness analyst who directed a development team to work on the custom plugin.

Users of our site have showed improved engagement as they pursue exploring all the new features made possible by this custom plugin! I have heard many compliments on the new system and I'm looking forward to tracking increased traffic as time progresses.

I had regular correspondance with our point of contact which revolved around establishing and completeing objectives. We didn't focus on meeting once per day or on a time-based schedule, but rather focused on exchanging progress reports and status updates based on stages of development completion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have little experience as a web developer, but their team made me feel comfortable and relaxed witht he entire process during this project. I was relieved by how they were able to explain and work with me, despite my lack of experience in this arena.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't imagine anything that would have helped streamline this process. WPExperts was able to deliver the product ahead of schedule and bug-free, and the correspondence I had with their team was always professional and courteous! Reallly, they are a stellar company!

We're a full-service digital marketing agency focused on SMB, particularly those with storefronts looking to also sell online.

We had purchased one of WPExperts WooCommerce plugins that turns Woo into a quoting system versus a purchasing system per a client's request. This plugin met almost all of our client's needs but needed some customization to route the quotes where the client wished.

We've worked with a number of WooCommerce vendors before and WPExperts has to have been the most professional that we have experienced. Even though our project was relatively small we still had a kickoff meeting, the requirements and timeline were thoroughly documented and everything went off without a hitch.

We have yet to launch the site but our internal testing found the changes to be exactly what we were looking for.

The fact that they took a very professional approach to a relatively small project. We've done larger projects with other developers that weren't anywhere near as organized and professional.

We specified our requirements needed to create a client WordPress subsite in a multisite network and have it automated which can be initiated in our client management application to eliminate manual work when onboarding a new client.

This project is one of many headless WordPress automation tasks we plan to incorporate to create a seamless and automated architecture, content management, security (authorization/authentication), etc.

The conversations revolved around architecture, API development and incorporating a flexible design, which was accomplished by communicating via Slack. WPExperts was very responsive and easy to work with.

Their willingness to take on non-standard, custom, cutting-edge work. They were very responsive regarding changes needed during the development process based on both static code analysis as well as real-time testing results.

Nothing on this project. They were very easy to work with. They're efficient and responsive.

I'm a director at a healthcare group of companies in the UK.

We hired WPExperts to update our existing WooCommerce website to ensure it worked for redistribution of assets stored in our warehouses. This included custom functionality to allow bidding on assets, different permissions for different user groups, and a new custom theme.

So our deliverable is the MERITOCRACY PLUGIN, which let WordPress users bring assets from NEAR Protocol to their website made in WordPress.

The CEO of WPExpert personally leads this special project and we coordinate with a Sr. Business Analyst and with at least 2 developers more and other human sources that we don't know with specif details because the project Manager handles internally these details.

So far their work is outstanding our project is a 7-month project and we receive the first Milestone and checked with the NEAR protocol expert also and they said that everything is Great.

They finish the first Milestone before the deadline and this is remarkable for us because time is very important in a project like this. We have fluid communication with the project manager by Whatsapp and he always answers fast and gets a solution as soon as possible.

I think the personalization you really feel like they take your project like their project, they take care a lot of Reputation and have the best quality in their services and their delivers

So far so good and I am totally sure that I'll do all my futures project with them as our technical partners

The work was completed within budget and on time. And the team was very responsive and provided help promptly. The team is very professional and responsible. They worked with us on fixing issues if something came up.

We communicated via skype and the team was very responsive and reliable throughout the project. They are also very fair as it relates to pricing their tasks and we felt the team was offering good value for money.

The most impressive for me was that the team is very professional and respectful of the client. They are also very fair and honest as it relates to costs. And I highly appreciate the fact that they always strive to do their best in helping clients.

We needed to get specific customer Transaction information from WooCommerce Bookings into our Square Point of Sale System. WPExperts customized a plugin to meet our needs with WooCommerce Bookings.

We selected WPExperts because they are flexible in areas where WooCommerce is not. They can make extra customizations that are not available with the conventional plugin.

Our rental business is very specific to our Maui industry. We need certain kinds of information from WooCommerce online purchases so our agents can service folks in the physical shop. WPExperts pulled information from many areas of the Transaction, including the "Persons" fields in WooCommerce Bookings, and the "notes" section at checkout. They also linked Categorization and Product Name in Square without "syncing". This allowed our Reporting to remain in tact in Square.

I worked with 1 Account Manager and 1 Senior Account Manager on this project.

The custom plugin that WPExperts created is allowing our Agents in the shop to quickly identify the individual products that customers purchased online. They are also able to see any notes from checkout in an easy to view area in Square. Our Reporting is maintained between WooCommerce and Square with the customized plugin changes.

My account manager communicates within 24 hours via Skype chat. They always follow up. They are patient with hurdles that arise during the project. My account manager is available for video calls as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's a good value, and though they are located abroad, they consistently follow up to complete the project. They are available and don't drop off communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The language difference sometimes creates natural miscommunications. But WPExperts is patient and communicative. In the end, they follow through on their work.

I am a freelance graphic and web designer, and I work with large commercial real estate development and brokerage firms. I design logos, brands and websites for large companies as well as small property marketing sites.

WPExperts helps with ongoing website platform updates and new marketing initiatives, brand changes, and functionality upgrades that I make to my client websites. I have great ideas, and they help me execute those ideas in a seamless way.

Saad Iqbal and his team at WPExperts have been a tremendous help to me over the years. I have outsourced several PHP and WP projects to them. They have helped me customize themes and upgrade securities on my client sites, as well as improve functionality and load speeds. They are communicative, professional, responsive, timely, kind, friendly, honest and respectful. I have appreciated getting to know the team and growing a very trusted relationship with them. I can't think of anyone else I would ever want to outsource this work to. I know my projects and clients are always in good hands with them.

I pretty much know what I am after before I ever approach WPExperts. I have already created the designs and worked with clients on their goals for their websites. There are many things I can do with WordPress, but I am limited as a designer and often need back-end developers who can take a theme and customize elements of it to help my clients reach their goals. I provide the approved designs to WPExperts, explain what we are trying to accomplish, then they provide an estimate, which I get approved. They create tests of the work in a staging environment so that I can provide feedback before anything goes live. Then, they work with me on launching those elements to the live site so that I can manage expectations and test the final versions once they go live.

I generally work with Saad or Doaa. They have both been amazing to work with.

My clients are very happy with their websites and improvements we've made along the way. When my clients are happy, I am happy.

We use a platform called Codeable for our communication and credentials vault. Payments are made in an escrow account in Codeable and funds are fully delivered after the project is complete. Everyone is protected, and the projects are professionally managed.

Saad truly cares about every project and positive outcomes for each client. I have grown to appreciate him, not only as a professional, but also on a personal level. He's one of the world's most wonderful human beings.

The delivery was fast and on time. They are able to fix small bugs quickly after testing. My client is happy with the deliverables.

Direct access to the team. Their level of depth in understanding the scope of the project was impressive. It's very hard to find that, so we'll definitely be working together for a very long time!

It would have been great to follow along on a per task level, but totally understandable it wasn't quite that way outside of every commit hitting our github.
