I am the project manager and handle clients and internal projects. Our company offers insurance, banking, financial services, healthcare, travel, transportation and logistic services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Worxwide Consulting Pvt. Ltd.?

Our internal app was not engaging and user friendly. We were looking for someone who can help us with redesign the application and adding new features to encourage employees to use the application.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched on Google for the best UI UX design company and we found Worxwide consulting. We connect with them and set up a call to discuss the requirements. We asked them for POC and they came up with extensive research and engaging UX for the app, which we liked a lot.

Their team did research on other applications to understand user behavior, their personas, and innovation. They took interviews and surveys of multiple people to collect the data for the app. After analyzing the data they came up with UI and some screens. After the internal discussion, we asked them to make some minor changes and then they started working on other screens.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 resources who were engaged with us. One person was the design head and the other two people were UI/UX consultants.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are happy with the new interface of the application. It has so many good features that our internal team likes a lot. We have done an internal survey to check which application is more interactive and almost everyone liked the new application.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was very good and smooth. Initially, we had daily calls with their team and after 2-3 weeks, we reduced the frequency of meetings and had weekly calls to get all the updates of the application and further progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UI/UX skills are outstanding. Their way of thinking was really innovative and awesome — it made them stand out from other providers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their team is very professional and I think they should have more people in team to support large size of project and application.

We have started design thinking practice in Jan'21 and though we had people who are excellent at UI/UX, we wanted to deep dive into design thinking and leverage the same to give organization a competitive advantage. Hence, people who been there and done that are pretty important and critical, hence we associated with Worxwide Consulting Pvt Ltd

We involved team into doing design thinking for us. Creating user personas, creating low fidelity designs, market feedback on designs, conversion into high fidelity designs, work with teams to execute the same. Post live feedback collection and improvisation

Daily Scrum call, direct interface with product managers and project managers, Google meet, Adobe XD/ Miro board for designs, Google Hangouts

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Experience of the resources in design thinking and design has been phenomenal and openness and collaboration being great. We never feel that we are working with a partner, and it has always been like they are an extended part of our team. All resources also displayed same level of energy and collaboration among team members is key highlight too

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things could be faster, however since it is creative field I believe we got good results in the end of each design thinking exercise

We are a e-learning company providing online live classes. I head the digital product for the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Worxwide Consulting Pvt. Ltd.?

We only had an offline presence and wanted to create our online presence as well since it was the need of the hour. Our goal was to connect the students, parents and teachers together to have a customized and overall learning experience. We hired them for designing the entire gamut of dashboard for different personas.

How did you select this vendor?

We got an marketing email for them and connected further to do a quick POC to understand their style and quality of work. Once we were satisfied with their work, we onboarded them as a design vendor to fulfill all our design requirements.

Started with the requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews followed by the primary and secondary research. They came up the Information Architecture after conducting all their research and concluding the insights and user personas.

After the IA, started with the wireframing stage followed by the actual designs where our development team also started working in parallel with them to develop on the go. They also helped in Audit of the developed screens.

We worked with 3 UX and UI designers from their team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Entire dashboard design really helped us bringing in more students onboard and now parents can easily track their child's learning with a click of a button and helps them evaluate and take necessary steps in the right direction of their children's education needs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very smooth. We had bi-weekly catchup meetings for progress updates and brainstorming.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very committed in delivering and always adhere to timelines. Their UX skills were very good in creating innovative solutions to the problems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If they also have the in-house capability of UI development, it would ease the entire process.
