What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They invested a lot of time in conducting an effective analysis of all the variables before the project, to make sure that the platform would be efficient and that unexpected problems wouldn’t arise. That proved to be key after we started implementing the system.
There was a positive impact from the work they did. We are used to systems that have a weak understanding of what the user needs, and then problem emerge, which means we take a long time to be able to solve them. Instead, they used tools that were perfect for this particular project. They gave us the results we were expecting.
How did Woopa perform from a project management standpoint?
There were some delays because they had to merge our systems and the IT staff which made that project slower, but that was on our side. We couldn't provide them with the interfaces they needed on time.
They had a specific and well-established schedule from the start. We had periodic meetings in which we analyzed technical matters, checked up the schedule, and made adjustments. There was a good communication, through email and through the informal communication in our offices to follow up on the project development.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were great with how they studied our specific needs and tried to not to leave out any details. They checked out all possible alternatives, which I thought was outstanding. It’s common to do such a deep analysis. They studied how the system worked before starting to develop it, so the solution is excellent and made them stand out to us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They are very professional and will use all the required tools to do a great job. We were contacted by another multinational dedicated to agribusiness who was about to hire them for a similar project and I recommended them as a great choice. I don’t know how they work with companies in different sectors, in ours they are great.
