I'm the Founder of Convia Media, a network of gaming websites.
For what projects/services did your company hire Wishup?
We needed help with content writing, content management, and proofing and publishing industry research.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to ensure "hands-free," daily content publishing for our network of sites.
How did you select this vendor?
I've known one of the Wishup founders since 2010 due to his successful career in digital marketing. I trusted his new venture, Wishup, would be a successful one, just like the company he led to strong growth previously.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
They manage the entire online content creation process, perform relevant industry research into online publishing, and manage all of our content.
What was the team composition?
We have one, half-time Wishup representative who works our time zone to most effectively support us.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Over time, our rep has continued to increase his industry knowledge, competence, and set of responsibilities. His growth has coincided with what we need from him perfectly, and we know we can trust him with continually expanding projects. He feels like one of our own now.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their rep adapted to our systems within one day, and we communicate daily through Skype and Trello.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The dynamic nature of their team stood out to us. We've had two reps over the course of a year and they've both been able to take on every project we've given them, across a variety of disciplines. If they don't know something, then they’ll learn it within days. Their drive is amazing.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I'm very happy with their service as it stands, and I hope to both increase their workload and add an additional rep soon.
As the relationship has evolved, Wishup has been able to take on increased responsibilities and become a trusted partner. Their quick onboarding and acclimation process leads to maximum efficiency, as do their multiple communication pathways. They are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic.
