The accounting industry as a whole has a very lackluster online presence from a digital advertising standpoint, so we were looking to improve that through digital marketing and the development of our website.

Since partnering with Wise Digital Partners, we’ve increased our overall monthly traffic and engagement from 1,850 to 11,220, so we’ve had quite a substantial traffic improvement.

Moreover, we’ve closed over $1.5 million in revenue from new and recurring clients, and just this past quarter, we’ve closed over $375,000 in sales that came directly from the website.

They perform well from a project management standpoint, as they’re highly flexible in keeping our project on track and just keeping up with our requirements and change requests.

We manage the projects through Figma, and we typically communicate through email.

We’re impressed with their level of professionalism and understanding of what is needed from a creative standpoint. They took the time to understand our company to know what needs to be done to create an impact.

We needed someone to help us update our brand and website to improve our UX.

We started the project with a discovery phase that’s focused on the branding of our company. They developed a logo and its color scheme that best represents what we do.

When Wise Digital Partners asks you to do something, I advise you to do it. For us to improve what we’re doing, we need to keep communications with their team open, so I would suggest you also make time and commit to the project.

We were hoping to improve our SEO rankings, the look and feel of our website, and its navigation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wise Digital Partners revamped our website, focusing on improving its navigation and aesthetics. They also migrated our site onto their platform, called NEST. We gave them content, and they helped us develop some, too. 

They’ve also helped us with paid advertising on Google. Additionally, Wise Digital Partners has taken over our SEO; they set up keywords so our site can rank better on Google.

Wise Digital Partners has helped significantly increase our business and revenue. They do a really good job of keeping track of our leads and conversions; the team gathers intelligence to assess how we and our leads are functioning. Additionally, their platform is much more secure and efficient than our previous provider. We’re satisfied with our site’s new look and feel, too.

Listen to Wise Digital Partners because they know what they’re talking about. Try to approach them with humility; business owners often don’t like to give up control. Wise Digital Partners is very good at what they do.

We needed help in digital marketing.

First, Wise Digital studied our existing digital footprint. From there, they’ve taken over our PPC and SEO campaigns — we are targeting several keywords over multiple practice areas. They’ve also managed our Google Ads and other social media accounts.

Wise Digital is great at project management. We’ve had a tight timeline that overlapped with the holidays and challenges from our old marketing company. We’ve managed to get the site live on time despite all that.

We’ve cycled through several marketing companies over the years, and Wise Digital has an excellent handle on marketing law firms online. They’ve done an outstanding job actively managing our online presence. 

The other vendors we’ve worked with are only interested in taking their management fees and doing minimal work. Meanwhile, Wise Digital really digs in and works to improve our keyword ranking.

A lot of our businesses were referral-based, and we knew that’s not going to be sustainable in today’s digital world. We needed to adapt to this age, so we hired them for SEO and PPC support. The goal is to help us better reach our target audience and promote our services online.

Wise Digital Partners handles all of our SEO and PPC efforts. They manage the SEO of our website, including the content strategy, and run ad campaigns across Google and LinkedIn. They create our map listing as well.

We’ve never had a problem with them in terms of communication and meeting deadlines. If anything, we’re the ones who need to keep up. We mainly interact through phone calls, email, and sometimes Zoom.
