I am the CEO/Founder of a cricket centralized solution. We are empowering Cricket at every level with Livescore, Player developments, Cricket OnAir Graphics, and Advance Insight of every team, player, and tournament.

We were getting help on our product architecture, also hired few engineers to help us with the product development especially on the APP side.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for IOS & Android team to join our In-house team to accelerate the product development and found wisdom IT solutions as they did a lot of work in this industry. Also, they worked on many enterprises projects which give us the sense to start with them.

We had three people, one was working on IOS and another was working on Android where Mr. Khurram was leading the team as acting as project lead.

I am pleased to have the outcome from the team and the thing I loved is the deliverables and timeline.

We were communicating over the slack as internally we are using that and for project management, we invited them on our Trello Boards as well as to JIRA.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For me, product quality and testing were so important and they did a very good job in that area with proper QA and on-time delivery.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far they are doing a great job.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a video marketing company that produces and promotes videos, aiming to generate leads for our clients. I’m the founder of the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wisdom IT Solutions?

Our website wasn’t converting leads and was missing our objective. We brought them on to change that by redesigning the site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They completely redesigned our WordPress website, also offering us some basic content development. We have our own content company, but they did assist us in creating an SEO-friendly site.

There were three resources assigned to the project, but our account manager was our main point of contact.

I’ve known their founder for years, so they were the obvious choice. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in the summer of 2019, and the site went live in September 2019. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website has been effective so far, increasing our conversion rate by about 35%. The number of visits to the site has also increased by about 25%. We’ve seen significant growth in engagement resulting from the new platform.

How did Wisdom IT Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Their effective communication over email and phone made everything more efficient. All of our concerns were handled properly. We were happy with it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They bent over backward to accommodate our needs. There are always little changes that we have to work with here and there, and they made sure that there was no resistance on their end. They were on top of things from the beginning.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of much. At times, the communication could’ve been a bit swifter in our most urgent points in the development.

The goal was very clear from the very start, we wanted a website that is giving maximum conversions. Every page was supposed to be a landing page. Wisdom took care of everything including color selection, branding, and web development.

WOW hired wisdom through a very good reference as their previous web application was designed very well and they were working with the top-notch start-ups in UAE. Their client relationship management is amazing that is why they still manage WOW fully including group sites.

The scope of work was based on the objective of getting the maximum audience to the site through a nice modern mobile and Google-friendly design. Wisdom's team helped us setting up different audience interaction buttons at the site that helped us get more leads hence more conversions. They placed conversion tracking codes on our site for better tracking. By using the latest technology and modern design they helped us getting a very good number of leads monthly.

A dedicated project manager, one senior developer, and one senior designer with the help of a marketer did our project successfully.

They promised to make the website live within 4 weeks as a lot of creative work was to be done under the marketing team's supervision. They did as they promised. Our objective was to get a certain number of leads monthly which was successfully fulfilled.

Their team was always available during the project designing, what impressed us more was the dedication of the designing team with multiple design revisions. They went the extra mile for WOW hence they are managing group sites by WOW now.

Their dedication, consistency, and their never-getting-tired attitude truly impressed us. WOW would highly recommend Wisdom for web designing and marketing services.

We didn't notice as such flaws about the service they provided but the overall dedication towards the project completion was remarkable.

We manufacture and export medical devices. Our customers include hospital, clinics and distributors all over the world. This is a family business and I am the CEO of the business.

We wanted to have professional looking and secure website that's easily manageable by us so we can post regular blog entries on it. We also wanted an easy to manage e commerce platform and a stable server solution with it.

Through shortlisting and interviewing various suppliers. I looked at the experience and quality of work .

Project was to build a corporate website. The website needed to have a contact form through which documents could be downloaded. It needed to have basic information about the company but also have an active blog section. And one portion of the website was also an e-commerce front. Wisdom not only developed all of these but also continue to manage them till date.

There were one project manager appointed by them and by us. They were the contact points to their respective teams.
