One Roof
Stereotypes were thrown off the glass cliff as we set about redefining the feminine. Our focus was on elevating One Roof as they do for women they work with. We celebrated the strength in femininity, the beauty in community, and the force that comes from all parts working together to produce something bold, beautiful and built to last. The result was an updated colour palette, typeface, monogram, pattern system and voice. It's warm and powerful, just like the women who lead One Roof & the businesses within its walls.

Dirty Lemon
We created a special instagram page called Girls with Gluten to attract media attention to poke fun at the health food trend. We then used this page to refer and direct customers to the Dirty Lemon instagram page and website. The strategy was huge success. Girls with Gluten amassed 30k followers in less than a month, as well as attracting media attention across major publications. The Dirty Lemon main page has since grown to over 100k followers.

Greenvines
We discovered that less doesn’t always equal more, but quite the opposite. We brought this creative platform to life across all brand touchpoints, and found ourselves in the shower of a plant-laden bathroom in country Victoria. Our pants were on but our art direction was out of this world.

Remy Sleep
We focussed on the ultimate dream: great sleep. Remy became the ticket to Dreamland - a prompt to put the weight on and float off into your own wonderful, wacky, and calmer world. We introduced soft, surreal, and squishy shapes and dream symbols inspired by REM sleep where the most vivid dreams occur, alongside a bright, fresh, and friendly palette. Then we brought it all life with a new website and engaging social media and content strategy that show better sleep is no longer just a dream.

Woo
We implemented a bold tone of voice; one that let us say ‘vagina’ a lot and play with coconuts at our desks. We helped the brand grow their audience, engage their customers, and change the perspective and conversation around lube. We also got the product in the hands (and other bits) of key influencers, all pledging to have better sex.

Frank Body
The beauty industry is full of jargon, hyperbole and copycats. We decided to buck the trend, being honest, upfront & original. It was this thought process from which the name and personality of frank body evolved. Using this concept we developed a social media strategy focused primarily on user generated content, an original tone of voice and influencer outreach. Six years later we have over 730K Instagram followers, 5.4 million searches in google and over 2 million products sold in over 144 countries. The reason frank worked? A great product, good timing and a willingness to develop an original idea, not copy something that was already being done.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the founder and managing director of Remy Sleep.
For what projects/services did your company hire Willow & Blake?
We hired Willow & Blake to help us rebrand our business. The rebranding project consisted of a full brand identity, web design, copywriting, tone of voice, art direction and even launching a new blog series. Internally, we didn't have the resources for this rebrand so Willow & Blake jumped in and from the beginning were an essential part of the team.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to create a brand that is consistent across all our channels. Further, we wanted to stand out from our competition. The impact has been magnificent. We've been seeing conversion rates increase by 25-35% since we launched our rebrand.
How did you select Willow & Blake?
They were recommended through a good friend of ours. We spoke to only 2-3 companies. Willow & Blake were very professional and started to provide value even before we finalised the agreement. I had complete faith in them from the beginning.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
To begin Willow & Blake assigned us a big project team - it consisted of copywriters, designers, and a project manager. We scheduled a long introductory session to review our current brand, business goals, etc.
Following this they put together a very in-depth marketing plan - they perfectly understood our goals and the target audience. To date we still use this marketing plan to conduct our campaigns.
Next, was the creative ideas phase. We had a few rounds for this and all the ideas they put forward were very strong. We had a tough time choosing the best one! The design and delivery phase was next. It took a couple weeks but was perfect in terms of what was delivered at the end. Post delivery, we've been in touch and they have been doing one-off projects for us. Specifically around our blog.
What was the team composition?
It was a really good size - 4-5 people with different skill sets.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Conversion rates, basket size, and customer lifetime value have all gone up.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Even though we are based in the UK and they are based in Australia the communication was as streamlined as it could be. They worked early or late hours to accommodate our timezone. I would have thought a 10 hour time difference would be a tough hurdle, but it wasn't. Very well managed!
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their understanding and vision for our brand.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There's nothing I can think of. Planning, delivery, communication, post-delivery, and recommendations were all perfect.
