Wild.Codes (formerly Wild Web Art) has augmented an internal development team into an IT services company. Their talent acquisition manager has helped find the best candidates for fintech web app and mobile app development projects.
Within six months of collaborating with Wild.Codes (formerly Wild Web Art), they thus far have successfully provided two developers who've helped accelerate the development and meet deadlines. The team ensured a smooth collaboration by setting up all communication platforms. Moreover, they're attentive and flexible.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
We have a client who we help with an internal ongoing project currently, and as we were moving forward with it through its development phase, we faced a need for additional developers on board. We decided to go with a team extension/augmentation as we plan to continuously support and expand this project in the future and thus we need developers for long-term cooperation.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Wild Web Art?
We cannot disclose much of it as it is an ongoing internal project and it is under NDA, but what can be said is that it is a fintech web app (SPA) based on React.js and Node.js. We have plans for developing an iOS app based on React Native in the nearest future too.
SOLUTION
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
Wild Web Art was referred to us by our partners, and at the same time, we found them on Clutch. They seemed interesting to us as they had relevant cases and experience and encouraging reviews. Nevertheless, we shortlisted them for the interview along with a couple of other companies. We had two calls with Serge and Vlad from WWA (their CEO and CDO) and based on those we decided to continue with them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
First of all, we had a couple of video calls with Serge and Vlad before the contract was signed and the work started. Their goal at this stage was to find out any important information about the project and help us find the best solution. Considering that we have plans for continuous project development and support they recommended going with an augmented team.
In the first stage, a talent acquisition manager was provided to us by Wild Web Art. Her primary goal was to help us find the best fit for our project. We provided the info about the project and conducted a couple of Q&A rounds with her. We had the first candidates suggested in a few days already. In the second stage, we conducted interviews between shortlisted candidates and our client.
We found what we need pretty quickly. WWA’s talent manager was helping a lot scheduling interviews on the candidate’s side and providing all the feedback to them in this stage. The last stage is HR support. WWA’s HR contacts us once or twice a month inquiring about our feedback about developers and the project in general.
Describe the recruitment process in detail.
We had an RFP process which they have responded to. They were up against 4 other companies. After a couple of rounds, they won the project. We started off with a few devs and then scaled up.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We have the project in progress at the moment, we have been working for 6 months now. We started with 1 developer and then added 1 more on the go after 2 months of cooperation. Having engaged developers from WWA we can already see that we are to meet our schedules or even precede it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
No issues at all. Once we have set up all communication channels, everything was running smoothly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
There are 4 things that impressed us while we were working with Wild Web Art:
They were not interested in selling their services only during our first encounter but more in finding as much info about our project as needed to better understand what kind of services we need and how they can help us in the most efficient way. They asked a lot of questions about our client and our project. They were really interested and engaged. It was a deep dive which ended in a perfect team fit for our client.
Their communication level. Again, they are not afraid to ask many questions if it is relevant and required for better project performance. Also, they are always there if we have any questions or anything to discuss. It is always easy to set up a quick call with them.
Performance review. They have a technique they call a ‘Project health’. They send us a brief questionnaire on a monthly basis checking our level of satisfaction in working with the developers provided. I know that they provide such kind of a performance review for the developers too. It is great to know that they are looking after us, taking care of their clients and developers.
They were really flexible during the first stage when we were conducting interviews with candidates. When we needed to reschedule a call they handled it for us real quick. Also, when we added additional developer, it was really easy and swift.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing comes to my mind at the moment. We are happy with their services so far.

So far, the client is happy with the quality results, meeting all the deadlines. The team communicates daily via Slack and check-in calls once a week. As their collaboration goes on, the client is impressed by the team's communication skills and project management.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the Founder/CEO of a new communication platform that empowers customers to consult 1-on-1 with professionals.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Wild Web Art, and what were your goals?
Wild Web Art sat as not only our intern CTO, but also helped co-lead product design, all software development (backend, web and iOS), strategy and QA. Our goal was to have one dedicated partner that could handle all of our technology needs while we raise capital and hire an in-house team - which we are currently NOT doing as we're so pleased with working with WWA.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Perfect communications. Detailed planning. Robust understanding of our technology needs and a very professional working relationship. Plus fantastic referrals.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We ran a 4 phase development cycle which has not extended beyond the original scope as we continue to work with WWA.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were 3 core people who I interacted with on a weekly/daily basis, but the greater team was 6. CEO, CTO, Project Manager and 3 software developers (backend, web/front, iOS).
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Quality couldn't be better and hit all deadlines. There's nothing better you can do on a project than those 2 things.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Slack for daily updates and 1 weekly call to kick off the week. Happy to jump on more calls if needed but the Slack daily + 1 weekly call worked well for us.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their communication skills and project management is like I've never experienced before.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None, zero, zip.

An emerging consultancy hired Wild.Codes (formerly Wild Web Art) to develop a website for their project. The team was responsible for realizing the MVP through mind maps and project flow charts.
Although the site isn't live yet, the consultancy has seen strong initial results from the work. Wild.Codes (formerly Wild Web Art) worked well through a remote setting, and they conducted thorough research to ensure they understood the end customers. This made them ideal partners during the pandemic.

Wild.Codes (formerly Wild Web Art) was hired by a real estate software as a service (SaaS) startup for app development. The main deliverable was to write specs, create the design, and build mostly everything.
Within a month, the MVP attracted over 20 third party brokers. The client lauded Wild.Codes' (formerly Wild Web Art's) project management. The team held regular calls to keep the client updated with the process. Moreover, they provided very useful video demos. Overall, they were very detailed and reported everything.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
We are a real estate SaaS startup. The app that provides the real estate broker with all the necessary infrastructure for effective remote activity.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Wild Web Art, and what were your goals?
We were aimed to build and release the first version of our product and measure the product-market-fit.
SOLUTION
How did you select Wild Web Art and what were the deciding factors?
We hired them to develop our MVP from scratch – a web app for real estate brokers.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The Wild Web Art team was involved in the product discussions almost from the very beginning, we attracted Serge as a consultant at the early stage. They have a really good experience working with startups, so their impact on defining the MVP scope was crucial. Thus, we found the perfect balance of the app features, their priority, and budget.
Our app allows brokers to store all info about the properties, share it with their prospects, and safely share it with other agents. Wild Web Art team wrote the specs, created the design, and built everything up. The most challenging part was API integration with a third-party CRM system, but the dev team managed it. They used Laravel for backend.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had a full team: project manager, designer, front-end dev, backend dev, quality assurance specialist. Their project manager handles all communication between us and the developers and QA team. It's very helpful to work with just a single contact person who can coordinate the process.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We tested our business hypothesis successfully and attracted more than 20 brokers for our MVP in a month.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Project management was amazing. We had regular calls with dedicated PM to discuss the status of the development and questions. Sometimes they provided us with a recorded video demo - it was really useful.
The reports were very detailed and cover everything. In general, they’re always in touch with us. They provided us with a high-level plan (Gantt chart) at the start and we were always aware of where we are. We used Jira for task tracking.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was impressed by their business vision and experience with the startups. Actually, they consult us a lot and it was really valuable. The feature estimates were realistic and not over the top in order to guarantee a huge profit margin. Wild Web Art was always attentive at responding to questions and assisting in other areas where we lacked knowledge.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing to share here. If I thought of ways that they need to improve, I’d tell them and they’d do it. They're extremely interested in being the best possible partner they can be.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the founder of a startup in the VR industry. Apart from our main product, we also have a VR development service line.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Wild Web Art, and what were your goals?
We were looking for a company that can build an internal CRM system for our client from scratch and take full responsibility for the result. Our goal was to provide additional value for our client, our client's goal was to automate some of business processes with CRM system.
SOLUTION
How did you select Wild Web Art and what were the deciding factors?
I talked to dozens of vendors that I found through Upwork. Wild Web Art had the most professional and thorough service offering and made me feel confident they could get the job done.
I talked to Serge and got the sense that he was an extremely competent and caring person.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
They worked closely with me and my team to build and iterate on the client's software - internal CRM system. The client had a need to build everything from scratch. They understood the basic vision and had a goal to create a ready-to-use web app within the ambitious timeline. First of all, the Wild Web Art team interviewed the client to get a clear understanding of the use cases and purposes of the system. Then, their UX\UI team conducted high-level market research and came up with the first sketches of the platform. What surprised us the most is that they cut off a list of “nice to have” features and simplified some complex tasks in order to save the budget. This is the first time I worked with a team that didn't try to upsell more features and increase the cost. The platform was built with Node.js & React.js.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with Serge (CEO) at the very beginning, after the project manager was assigned, and he was our main point of communication.
Overall, there was about 6 team members: Project Manager, Business Analyst, UX\UI Designer, Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our client was fully satisfied with the result and the system help their business a lot.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Wild Web Art was fantastic to work with. They took the time to understand us as a company, so they could really identify what we wanted to achieve.
They asked a great question the expounded on what described in the product spec. They were responsive to our requests and flexible when we wanted to make changes.
We were always able to chat and discuss any project-related questions in Slack, they provided us with weekly (sometimes twice a week) updates & made regular demos via Google Meet or video recordings.
The project was delivered to an agreed budget, and we are really pleased with the results.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The business acumen of every team member. Sure, building software requires technical knowledge, and many dev shops have smart staff like Wild Web Art.
What set them apart from the interview stage through to delivery was their willingness to really understand the problem, the market, and the requirements before simply coding something to requirements.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I can't define anything specifically. Any issues that arose from personal differences in working styles were quickly resolved.
Overall, our engagement has been very smooth.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the co-founder and the CEO of TSI Analytics Group. It is an international analytical company that specializes in providing analytical and educational services in the field of financial and crypto markets. The company exists since 2015 and during this time: - More than 20,000 customers in the field of B2C; - More than 50 B2B clients; - More than 70 thousand people trust us (Youtube channel of the company has more than 34 thousand subscribers). We have expertise in analytics of financial and cryptocurrency markets, and we are sharing this expertise with others via our TSI Analytics platform. Also, we provide online courses on trading and financial and cryptocurrency market analysis.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Wild Web Art?
In 2015 we came up with the idea of creating an environment for those who are interested in trading and financial markets. The very important part here was the creation of the website so we could introduce ourselves to our potential users. At first, we required a user-friendly and mobile adaptive website with a description of who we are and what services do we provide.
Also, on this point, we decided to create a fully content manageable News module and an Analytics module, that draws out fresh financial quotes through the API and displays charts with financial info. Wild Web Art team managed to do it in reasonable deadlines and budgets. After about a year we were expanding and we decided to focus on online education dedicated to financial (and later crypto) markets.
WWA helped us a lot by creating the educational platform integrated with our existing TSI website. This platform included a fully manageable list of courses and lessons, homework features, internal chat for communication with teachers, admin panel with the access-management tool and essential analytics and statistics.
What were your goals for this project?
Our main goal on this project was to create an environment where we would be able to provide both automated (through video recorded courses and tests) and personalized education on financial (and later crypto) markets; establish teacher-student communication channels via internal chat and homework module; provide our users with actual financial news, analytics and market quotes.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
Serge (Wild Web Art's founder) and I met before and we have known each other for a while. I knew him and his team as highly responsible, competent and well-organized specialists who by that time have completed several relatively small projects but received positive feedback from their clients. It was their first big project but I put my trust in them and had no doubts that they would manage to handle it.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
First of all, the Wild Web Art team conducted a deep business analysis so that to receive all the requirements. We held several meetings discussing the goals that we need to achieve, our potential client`s portrait, the supposed structure of the future website, building an action plan together and coordinating our deadlines and budgets. Then I was provided with schemes and prototypes, so the team and I were able to work on a single vision of the future website.
After that, the design phase was launched, and we worked together with the team on each page. On agreeing on each page the development phase was started, then QA activities were provided and the platform was cleaned from bugs and successfully launched live.
I`d like to admit that on each phase of the project I was fully aware of what was going on on the project: WWA management regularly provided me with feedback, statuses, and answers on my questions; during the prototyping and designing phases we were working closely with the team, so I was fully involved and had a possibility to share my vision and ideas right away.
What was the team composition?
The Wild Web Art team included a designer, a frontend developer, and a backend developer. Back then, WWA was a small agency and Serge was responsible for most of the non-development activities: business analysis, prototyping, QA and management.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
As soon as we launched our platform live we started to gain new active users, new members of TSI Academy (our online classes). Since then we have increased our client base (B2C) to 10,000 and have established connections with more than 10 B2B clients, with the help of our platform. Generally, this project was essential to start our business, as it was the key element of the business itself.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Strong management is one of the key advantages of Wild Web Art. From the very beginning Serge, as a WWA management representative, was working closely with me helping to develop the vision and the structure of the future platform.
During the design and the development phase I was fully informed about the project status, I received feedback from Wild Web Art every day at the beginning of the day. Also, I was able to monitor the project using the Trello board, where all tasks and documents were carefully tracked.
Every week we held a brief meeting so to review the progress of the project, look through all the deliverables, discuss possible risks and plans of their mitigations and so on.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the management quality that was provided by Wild Web Art. Communicating with Serge was easy, we always were on the same page about the project and I was always up to date. Also, all the project phases were completed quickly and without any problems, thanks to constant communication. Serge paid a lot of attention during the initial project ideas discussions, so he and his team had the right vision and understanding of what my business was requiring.
Are there any areas for improvement?
From my personal experience after working with the WWA team, there is really a little to improve. I could just advise paying more attention to the documentation of the project. We were not using much documentation during the TSI project as we required to complete the project in the shortest possible terms and there was no such an urgent need, but for future projects it might be vital to document all of the project inputs and outputs.
