I'm the owner and CEO of an Online Bridge Academy that teaches the card game Bridge using the newest technology available
For what projects/services did your company hire The Wikid Agency, and what were your goals?
I originally hired Wikid to improve my graphics but was so genuinely impressed by the quality of their work and their excellent client communication that I tasked them with two further web development projects.
How did you select The Wikid Agency and what were the deciding factors?
An advert they created for a friend of mine which I saw through social media. It caught my eye so I rang him and asked him who had created it for him.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a kick off meeting to discuss our goals an objectives! Very impressed with Ryan and Nikki. I sent them my key requirements about booking new students, creating a new online Bridge club, taking payments etc. They were very knowledgeable and even guided me to grant aid that was available from my local council.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Mainly Ryan and Nikki as my points of reference although I know they had a team working for them. I found that most useful as there were only two points of contact so less likely to get miscommunications.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The graphics, change of logo and ideas were incredibly creative and imaginative. I was impressed with their mastery of the brief and the amount of unique options they were able to give me to choose from. It was clear that they had put a lot of work into pleasing the client.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Exceptionally friendly and professional. No wasting of time with sales pitches et, and straight down to work. It was refreshing to realise that they were so solution driven to things I thought would be a huge problem
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I have not finished with them yet but every step we have taken has been extremely well thought out. Both Ryan and Nikki are very easy to deal with and keep their word when they say something will be done. I suppose the most impressive thing was how quickly they gained our trust and how we were never disappointed by doing so.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really, a very easy company to deal with and they deliver excellent, creative results.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Wikid Agency, and what were your goals?
We had a website hosted through a 3rd party that was part of a package we got on an accounting software. We couldn't do much for rankings in google
How did you select The Wikid Agency and what were the deciding factors?
Since Wikid took over, we are able to compete with top firms in our area. Based on this, we have decided to ask Wikid for more services to help us even more.

We had an existing website, Wikid had to transfer all the data to a new site and refresh the look a bit that is compatible on web and mobile. Load speed was quite a problem in the past, but is much better now

1 person worked with me in regards to the website updates and going live, he is the web developer.

On the 1st day of our website going live, we received an enquiry from an international company that has a satellite office in South Africa. Since then, we receive quite a bit through the website

Wikid me the deadline with no prpoblem. They kept me updated on developments and sent me proofs for me to approve before going live.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They communicate effectively, they offer payment plans (with Covid, this was a very nice option to have), they deliver on what they promise and they are very professional.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Meeting with one of the designers and requested and requested that certain criteria be met. Web site designed and is currently being hosted. Regular maintenance is supplied and updates as required.

Assigned a project manager and web desgner as point of contact. In a supporting role, available to me.
