Accomplishment

The Google PageSpeed Insights test at the time of project launching, even taking into account attendance tracker and an interactive stylized map, made up 94/96 for adaptive and "desktop" versions.

It was decided be build the design of the Internet resource around a collage with the most visible park model - Kia Optima. The website has a high level of adaptability providing high loading speed on any modern portable devices, with a possibility of development such as adding new sections, templates for which already exist inside the CMS control panel.

Introduction

Our company won the development of the Stroytransgaz CJSC corporate website through a competitive tender process. Several leading Russian web agencies were our competitors in the tender.

We participated in the project together with the Mikhailov & Partners communication company, Kerry

Sanders was led the project from the ordering party, Evgeny Kontsevich was supervised our work.

It was necessary to demonstrate the technological and methodological maturity as well as a deep understanding of processes, the ability to work within a team of professionals under the leadership of the American top manager.

Task

Develop a multilingual flexible corporate website corresponding to the world standards. It was also necessary to take into account the specifics of internal business processes on the .NET platform, and implement integration with customer information resources.

Methodologies

We used flexible methodologies in particular Scrum. It allowed adapting to the task setting corrections as a result of testing intermediate results by the customer, and general updating of the customer’s vision of its corporate website.

Performed work Analytics and planning

The work on the website creation began with an analysis of the websites of customer’s direct competitors in Russia and abroad, as well as various other successful websites and individual solutions. Results of this work were presented to the customer in the form of an analytical report, which also includes conclusions and our recommendations.

Website design development

We have developed several graphical concepts of the frontend, which we show to the customer as soon as possible. The customer immediately approved one of the concepts and uses it to this day.

A major feature of the website is to build the image of our customer as a company implementing Gazprom projects. Therefore, the website focuses on the presentation of Stroytransgaz projects. To this end, we have developed an interactive diagram of customer projects located on the main page of the website. There is a link to the page of the corresponding type of projects from the detailed description of each project.

Create layout frontend and backend development

The backend of the website was developed based on the technical specifications, results of planning, and development of the frontend as well as integration requirements. Traditionally, for our work, the website passed the Google PageSpeed Insight test that testifies to the quality of our work.

The Memphis Group was founded by designers Ettore Sottsass, Andrea Branzi and

Michele De Lucchi on December 11, 1980 in Milan. Its name was taken from Bob Dylan’s song ‘Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again' which they listened to that evening. The group did not last long, only until 1988, but this period was vivid and memorable for the world design

Methodologies

An iterative approach has been widely used to reduce project time with the help of which the development of the server part began in parallel with most of the work on the client part and website appearance. This allowed placing all the programming including testing into just 2 weeks.

A separate line of business is a production of fast

erection buildings including hangars, warehouses and agricultural facilities. There is a production of overflow systems, thermoprofiles, profiled flooring, and sandwich panels.

Task

In connection to entering new markets, the customer needed a modern website representing the company, its products as well as management and staff.
The website was supposed to provide convenient, clear project management by employees, as well as exchange of order data with an internal CRM-system.

Solution

The work began with the development of an analytical report of the competitive environment for starting a new project. We appreciated the positive and negative decisions of both direct competitors and similar-topic websites.

Based on the data obtained a planning was carried out, which includes a definition of technologies used and structure of the website taking into account a strategy of search engine promotion.

Wireframes of sections and main pages of the website as well as website patterns were developed. Then we developed a design and presented it to the customer as a partially interactive prototype. A logo for the company was developed as a part of this stage.

After approving of the design, it was made the website assembling, testing, entering of data and materials. Then the website was transferred to the customer. Develop a multifunctional website for the forum of nail service professionals. The website should provide information support for the event and a possibility of paying the forum registration fee.

Features

A feature of the project is the need to sell different kinds of materials, including tickets, videos, and online broadcasting of the forum. The heterogeneity of materials implies various purchasing algorithms, for example, it is a special personal access link for broadcasting, a video file for a video clip, and a specially created printout for a ticket.

A competitive analysis was performed, which includes an overview of the main competing websites. During the analysis conclusions about their strengths and weaknesses were reached.

Features Automatic creating of branch websites

At the customer's request, the backend of the website allows you to create websites of chain's restaurants according to a single template. An ordinary office worker can do this. At the same time, a customization system that allows limited modifications of affiliate websites has been developed.

Delivery section

An independent functionality of the delivery section with its own separate menu has been provided. Call center operators could receive orders from the website. Subsequently, this section was integrated into the common delivery ordering system. In addition, transfer of the delivery menu to the Delivery Club service website was implemented.

Recruitment through using of corporate website

It is a section with vacancies for recruitment of personnel. The data of the completed vacancy questionnaire sent to the appropriate network employee.

Interactive map of branches

An interactive map with all the restaurants of the chain is a new view of the restaurants. A separate slideshow showing enlarged versions of interior photos is provided for each restaurant.

Develop an attractive website providing exhaustive presentations of the Old Estate Hotel & Spa in Pskov. The website should be modern, provide fast loading and data exchange with the leading world booking services.

Implementation

The website has a classic layout. The header is placing a photograph of the hotel frontage. A significant part is devoted to the description of rooms. The rooms are presented in accordance with classes. There is a complete set of options for each room in addition to the detailed description and interior design slideshow.

The photo gallery of celebrities visiting the hotel plays an important role in advertising. All pictures are taken directly at Old Estate Resort & Spa. A key marketing strength is the availability of a Spa in the hotel. A separate section of the website is dedicated to the Spa. All materials of the website are available in Russian and English.

The project was implemented with the participation of a designer, layout designer, programmer, and editor. The leading open source CMS ModX is used as a platform. Solution

The first stage was planning a website based on data provided by the customer.

The structure of the website corresponds to a structure of the advertising group. The main sections include such divisions of the advertising holding as EPSCreative, EpsilonGifts, EpsilonPrint, EpsilonFM, EpsilonPOSM.

This framework was later expanded to ensure adaptability of the future website. The technology stack and hosting were selected based on the expected volume of information and workload. The website has multi-user access with separate roles such as administrator, manager, editor, content manager, and corrector. production technology. Analytics

We analyzed all similarly themed websites in Russian and most interesting English-language websites during the website development, and presented the findings to the customer in the form of a report.

Task

Develop a user-friendly, fast, effective website based on the Ecostone product catalog.

Solution

The main task of the website is providing sales therefore the focus is on the product catalog. All the main sections of the catalog corresponding to the types of stone including the natural stone, tile, decorative stone, facing brick, and facade stone are displayed to a website visitor on the first page of the website. In addition, ready-made solutions for building decorations with stones with total cost budgets are offered.

All illustrations in the stone catalog are getting shown in connection with a unique article using which a website visitor can make an order by opening the dealers section. You just need to know the article of the selected stone for its unequivocal identification.

Special attention is paid to the company dealer network. All points of sale of the stone are displayed on an interactive map and a website visitor can select the nearest and immediately contact to it. For this work, we used the photo shoot of stone samples that we performed.

In the course of project implementation the website was developed, photo shoots of the objects were produced, illustrations were processed. In addition, a

primary search engine optimization was performed.

Task

It was required to develop a new website for the construction holding company to demonstrate a workload and quality of work performed. The website should look serious, restraint and informative. All the obtained data should be transmitted to the corporate CRM system.

Solution

We have prepared an analytical review of the competitive environment for the customer that is based on a study of examples domestic and foreign websites of construction companies. The review included conclusions on the most successful solutions of competitors' websites.

Through the project four graphic concepts were developed. The customer settled on the idea of using a background with small stripes, a restrained gray color in combination with a white background of the main container after studying all the concepts presented. This should favorably shade illustrations of the work performed with additional saturation.

We focused on the font when designing the appearance of the works catalog in order to make the information presented as easy to read as possible.

Based on the data obtained, the planning and prototyping of the website was performed. Then a design was developed, page layout, assembly, and data input were produced.

Разработать сайт бутика основой которого является каталог предлагаемых вещей с очевидной классификацией как по типу, так и по бренду.

РЕАЛИЗАЦИЯ

На основе проведенных исследований была разработана структура интернет-ресурса,

продуманы траектории движения посетителей по сайту. Разработаны принципы функционирования и дизайн-концепция.

В последствии дизайн был неиного скорректирован с учетом особенностей фотосъемки, образцы которой оказались у нас. Был решен вопрос загрузки иллюстраций с фотосессии без дополнительной обработки, в результате поддержка и обновления сайта заказчиком значительно упростились.

АНАЛИТИКА

Проведя предварительную аналитику мы выявили дополнительные параметры востребованные целевой аудиторией при подборе одежды премиумальной ценовой категории. В частности, один из таких параметров — цвет, который был предложен заказчику как дополнительная характеристика позиции каталога и как критерий подбора.

Так же заказчику были предоставлены наши выводы относительно общих стратегий поведения представителей целевой аудитории при подборе одежды через сайт.

Develop a recognizable website providing services of taxi-transport company. In particular, tariffs, conditions of carriage, guarantees, and prices should be clearly presented on the website. It was necessary to focus on a favorable price-quality ratio, note the security guarantees and

experience of employees.

We had to provide the opportunity to place an order through the website interface.

Solution

The website developed in the original color scheme presents a fleet of cars, tariff plans, and a map of traffic jams in Moscow.

A separate section is dedicated to the vehicle fleet. It is possible to order a taxi through the website.

In April 2005, Svetlana Bondarchuk and Evgenia Popova established the PR-International Agency based on the Art Pictures Film Company. The agency organizes high quality events and provides PR-services to Russian and international organizations.

The range of services includes the organization of cultural events like film festivals and premieres, awards ceremonies, major corporate events, fashion shows, as well as

private events (weddings, anniversaries, family celebrations), social parties and much more.

Since the establishment, the agency has successfully organized over three hundred events and several dozens of PR-projects in Russia, Spain, Italy, UK, France, and other countries. Due to the vast experience and direct connections with local subcontractors, the agency's international projects are highly effective.

Develop an original memorable promo-site of the event agency.

Implementation

In accordance with the customer's wishes, we have developed a promo-site in the agency's corporate colors. The layout of the website is made without scrolling in a fixed block located in the center of the visible area of the browser window. Great importance is given to the press materials on activities undertaken and photo galleries. In addition, a special closed section for individual customers was implemented.

Предыдущая версия корпоративного сайта агентства уже не выдерживала никакой критики так как современные технологии и устройства требовали, как минимум, гибкой оптимизации под различные устройства просмотра. Так же мы осознавали, что разработав новый сайт на современной CMS мы можем гарантировать заказчику ощутимую прибавку в скорости загрузки и обслуживания ресурса через панель администрирования.

Важным шагом вперед стало наличие в новой версии инфографики подчинённой удаленному редактированию. Теперь у заказчика есть возможность производить достаточно глубокие изменения корпоративного интернет-ресурса через систему администрирования не беспокоясь за нарушение его работоспособности и целостности.

Значительный объем информации представлен в разделе с каталогом мебели предлагаемой бюро. Сайт доступен на русском и английском языках.

  • asked for a reasonable or even cheap price (a previous team in a EU country asked for about 4 times their price!)
  • recommended a money-saving switch from Wordpress to Laravel (as usual, popular advice I was given said Wordpress is great for this project)
  • answered e-mails reasonably quickly

Not really. Maybe slightly better English, but it's not like their messages were misunderstood
