Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’ve recently retired from the Department of Energy where I worked as a security manager for over 23 years. I’m now running my business full time; I’m the owner of Solar Well Pumps, and we’ve been in business since March 2013. We’re primarily focused on the sale and installation of solar pumps. We also sell farm equipment, service tools, and supplies.
What challenge were you trying to address with WhiteDigi?
We reached out to WhiteDigi to implement SEO services for our business and website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
After reviewing my old website, WhiteDigi found out that they couldn’t implement the SEO strategies they have to their full potential. As a result, they completely revamped our website.
The team changed the domain host services in order to implement all the essential service technologies required to be moved to my site. I continue to work with their team, and if I ever need anything, I call them.
What is the team composition?
We’re working with two people from WhiteDigi. One is in charge of redesigning our site. Then, the other one is managing our SEO efforts.
How did you come to work with WhiteDigi?
I received an email from WhiteDigi and over 100 different companies and they all offered SEO services. When I reached out to various companies, their quotes were very high. As a small business, I wasn’t getting a lot of income from my business — I simply couldn’t afford the services of other companies.
When I talked to WhiteDigi, I explained our situation to them. I liked that they were willing to adapt to my budget. Nobody else was up for that challenge.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent close to $500–$600.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in March 2021, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website they’ve revamped looks incredible. Thanks to them, we have a higher Google Search ranking now; we’ve seen exceptional results in less than three months.WhiteDigi’s services have been one of the best investments I’ve done, and I’ve been very satisfied with their services due to the fact that they work in our timezone even though they’re based in India.
How did WhiteDigi perform from a project management standpoint?
I appreciate that they only have two focal points I have to deal with. That way, I don’t have to shuffle around different people to communicate what we need. I’m also very pleased with their excellent customer service and how quickly they get a hold of us.
Additionally, they’re good at meeting deadlines; they’re very efficient, and they get things done. Overall, it’s been wonderful to work with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’ve always been able to accommodate me in all the challenges that we’ve had.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t know what they can do better.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give White Digi a chance and work with them. If you want them to provide SEO services, don’t expect results right away because it takes some time. The team will specifically tell you that you’ll see results within six months.
