We are an 8-person CPA [Chartered Professional Accountant] firm. I am the president of the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Welcome Networks?

We started with an online backup system. Our local IT guy went AWOL [absent without official leave], so we needed help for backup support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Welcome Networks took over server support and moved our infrastructure onto their cloud system. We receive remote IT support from Welcome Networks for our in-house stations and also for our remote collaborators. We work with 3 resources from Welcome Networks.

We participate in beta tests for our main tax providers. Welcome Networks has installed these components, and removed them when we were finished, making sure that everything was still working properly.
