What challenge were you trying to address with Webzstore Solutions?

Webzstore Solutions has successfully assisted us with various website development projects in the last 3–4 years. One of the last projects we collaborated on was the development of an entirely customized website to better target various business industries through optimized access and content as well as specialized functionality required for integration of particular website elements.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided the framework, ideas/elements and finalized designs to Webzstore Solutions upon which their team embarked on the adventure to bring our project to life. The team had to come up with a framework that would work with our designs/illustrations while considering, at the same time, that the functionality and elements needed would tie in with it all. For some project/website elements, Webzstore Solutions had to source new technologies or come up with solutions on how to make these elements work the way we hoped them to.

What is the team composition?

We generally deal with two people at Webzstore Solutions. One team member for the project brief and all project-related questions and another team member who develops these ideas. This is beneficial as it optimizes communication and trims down project time.

How did you come to work with Webzstore Solutions?

We sourced Webzstore solutions 4 years ago on a freelancer platform and have been collaborating on various projects ever since.

What is the status of this engagement?

Four years, still going.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The websites built by Webzstore Solutions are strong marketing tools to generate regular online presence/awareness and strong revenue for the businesses we work with.

How did Webzstore Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

The Webzstore Solution team is very responsive, reliable and professional in the execution of their work. They are creative and open-minded in approaching projects and do not shy away from sourcing or learning new technologies to assist the project. If they encounter a problem, they attend to it immediately and optimize/keep working on the result until the client is truly satisfied/happy with the outcome. We have a relationship based on trust and communicate well which is crucial in the industry we work in.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team at Webzstore Solutions is always up-to-date with new technology and tries to find the best solution for any requirement. The team really tries to bring every requirement to life. If an element does not work or is not a good solution for the project, they communicate this professionally and help to find an alternate solution that could still meet the requirements set initially. I also like the team’s positive and friendly attitude/demeanor and strong work ethic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing as such which is most likely due to the longstanding relationship we have. As highlighted earlier, we were always able to address issues directly and integrate better solutions throughout our collaboration. We have grown and developed into as a well-oiled team over the last few years which puts us into the best position for a fruitful and successful collaboration and creates a good dynamic. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers

Be clear on what you want, be pro-active throughout the project timeline and communicate often, clearly and honestly as this makes or breaks a good collaboration. We are all wired differently, and it takes time and effort to reach a good and well-working level of partnership.

Please describe your company and your position there.

Lead agent on a mid-sized team of Real Estate Agents. We do about $50M in sales every year and are looking to increase sales.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webzstore Solutions?

Wanted to create a new Wordpress site that was responsive. Also the page was to serve as a portfolio for our work, and be very customizable. Hired Webzone because of their familiarity with the industry and our framework.

What were your goals for this project?

Create a new responsive site have it showcase our listings and our testimonials Be fast and sleek Easy to navigate

How did you select this vendor?

Price was reasonable quality of work and communication

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The designed the site, and took feedback from us and made changes. The site is always a work in progress. We are adding new bells and whistles all the time.

What was the team composition?

Ryan and his developers. We would speak with Ryan to communicate the needs and work with developers on little tweaks.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We now have a site that we are proud to showcase. We send all of our leads there and the response has been great.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Even though there was a time difference they were always available. We had times where we had issues and they resolved them quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness to help when we most needed it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There were times when things were a bit slow, but once we communicated to them they would get us the response quickly. They listened well and were very upfront which I appreciated.
