Our development team was busy with some high-priority projects and we needed an agency to take some load off our shoulders. So we searched a few agencies among which we finalized Webspero. There were different stages for each project.

We also curate content from the best sources around the web to give users a single place to consume all the roadworthy content.

We were new in the space and had no idea of how to set up the website and also how to make it easy for our team to curate content. We hired Webspero Tech to provide end to end solution and support service for our platform.

We spoke to different vendors and they gave us the shortest timeline to launch and we were really looking for someone who can do it quickly.

Scope included:

1. Wireframing
2. Website creation
3. Setting up backend analytics
4. Setting up a tool to curate content from top sources
5. Setting up logs for admins to know how are contributors performing.

We worked with 3 different people at different stages of the project. We were assigned a designer who did the wireframes and layouts, then a developer who understood our needs and coded everything for us and did the testing and a project manager who made sure everything happened smoothly.

We went live in 3 weeks and then we kept on building backend systems.

They are very methodological, they created a clear scope of work, gave us clear timelines and were always open for our suggestions. They were very active, were able to visualize everything and explain us everything from time to time.

They were quick and delivered in less than half of the time proposed to us by other agencies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think we should have involved a marketing person while doing the changes, or if they could have suggested that while we were making the changes.

We hired Webspero Tech for complete revamp of our ecommerce platform, we wanted to shift from Bigcommerce and also needed help with custom dashboarding and syncing more than 100,000 products.

We interviewed and asked for proposals from many dev companies, We wanted to work with a company that had similar experience, we wanted someone with strong experience with ecommerce stores.

2. Designing and developing product category pages
3. Writing algorithms and creating an app to optimize the inventory management
4. Creating and implementing webhooks to integrate the platform with our CRM to make it easy for the operations team
5. Create a coin based system to process refunds.

We've made the transition successfully, and are getting the kind of experience we desired. Now we are engaging with them again to enhance our platform further.

They are very flexible, use agile methodology, Developers were always available and then we used to have weekly meetings. We used Slack, Jira and for somethings , we used Trello for our tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They communicate really well and think of the business. They've suggested features based on what our competitors are doing, which make complete sense for us to implement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is not much for me to add, I think they should keep doing what they are, and stay as agile as they are right now.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webspero Tech Solutions?

We needed help designing and developing a website for one of our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webspero has helped us design and develop a custom WordPress website for a telecommunications company. First, we met with the project manager to go over the scope of work and how the project would go. Then, we went into the design phase.

Once Webspero completed the designs, we went into the development phase. We requested changes to the site as needed until we completed the project. Now, they’re working on developing a filtering feature for our site’s e-commerce side because it wasn’t filtering products correctly, and we needed a custom approach.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with a project manager, a UI/UX designer, a lead developer, and a couple of supporting developers.

I posted the job offer on Upwork, and Webspero placed a bid. After I reviewed their proposal, we started working together.

We’ve spent around $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2021, and our engagement is ongoing, but we estimate to finish this week (late June 2022).

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We required a very customized WordPress e-commerce site, which was very challenging to achieve because it required a lot of custom coding and plug-in development. Still, Webspero has found a way to work around the obstacles we’ve come across.

How did Webspero Tech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Webspero offers great communication, and they’re easy to work with. We use WhatsApp for communication and Google Sheets to manage the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Webspero can bring in different developers depending on the task at hand. Their resourcefulness is great because, no matter how complex the project gets, they always have someone who can come up with a solution to the problem.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Webspero provided more accurate deadlines and used a better software tool for the UI/UX design process.

We just launched our site and sales have started to come in, we are really happy.

They are really flexible, right from direct phone calls to slack,G-meet,Zoom. They are available everywhere. Also they use project management tools as well. We were comfortable with Trello so they used trello with us but I think internally they are using Asana and Jira as well.

Their approach to the requirements I had. They understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered it on time.
