Atanu's team was very fast at the work and we were able to make several changes on as needed from the client and implement it flawlessly.

Atanu (Developer / Project Manager) has been very good with communications. He's very easy to work with. He allowed access to Basecamp (Project management tool) and we have added him to our Slack channel. It makes it very easy to communicate with him.

They are very fast at the deliverables and they always make sure to overdeliver. Even if some of the requirements aren't explicitly agreed upon at the beginning, they do the work if it makes logical sense.

Overall, we've had a really good experience. I would like to have a POC / Developer work during EST for more support, but I understand that it is not part of their process.

We were on a platform that was not user-friendly for neither our customers nor our employees to use. We contacted Webskitters to see what they could do for us. They help us choose a new platform to use going forward.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I choose Webskitters because I saw they had very very good reviews for large dollar projects. Then when I ask for a price I was given it quickly, along with a contract I could understand (I am a non-technical person) and an all-inclusive price. The quote showed the work that was to be done which was to the point and easy for me to understand. I also had time frames for what work will be done which again was also easy to understand.

Webskitter walked me through a process of how our homepage, category pages, products pages, and the rest of the pages would look graphically. We were able to make changes so I was able to understand the look and feel of the site. Then they migrated over our date to the new platform. I can not tell you how this was done, but it was done correctly.
I have had migrations before where data was lost and I was told I have to live with it or I had to create it again. Next, when we saw a test version of the live site. Of course, I saw all the little issues that I did not like. These were corrected and fixed. I kept doing this until I was satisfied with the product. Then we went live for good. Then of course I asked for more changes with issues I did not see until we start using the site. These were all done quickly,

In the process when I asked a question or requested something it got done immediately. I didn't wait days or weeks. It got done. I am not a technical person but when I asked for clarification they always made sure I understood what the issue was and its importance of it.

I’m the web manager of an entertainment company. We’re one of the leading providers of wedding entertainment services, like musicians and bands, in the country.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webskitters?
We needed help with frontend development, so we hired Webskitters.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I provided them with mockups of the website pages that we wanted. Webskitters then turned these from a Photoshop PSD file to a frontend HTML file. When it was ready, we took it to our backend people.
They only did the frontend development of 9-10 different pages, but they used a lot of their own initiative and skillsets to develop our ideas. I provided them with a desktop version and they provided mobile and tablet-friendly versions for both iOS and Android. The team put together a lot of JavaScript and jQuery. It needed a bit of refinement at times, but they did perfectly before it was all signed off. It was a totally bespoke project.

I’m the owner and sole employee of Cloudwriter, a startup. The product I offer is an e-learning website and software for academic paragraph and essay writing.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webskitters?
I needed a developer to program my product.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webskitters developed my WordPress website. I provided them with my vision as well as software wireframes I’d created, and they took care of everything. They used HTML and CSS.
The e-learning software helps students structure their academic writing and create a clear thesis with sufficient details and examples. It has text input boxes and dropdown menus where the user can insert information. After the user presses ‘completed,’ the software returns a completed paragraph or essay that is very well-suited for academic purposes.
What is the team composition?
Atanu (CEO) is my main point of contact. He is very professional and friendly, and his knowledge of English is sufficient.
How did you come to work with Webskitters?
I found Webskitters on Upwork. The primary reason I chose them was their good price. I saw their portfolio and some of the work they’d done, even in education, and it looked really good.

The work is pretty much done, and it looks great. As a teacher, if I had to grade their work, I'd probably give them around an 80%.
How did Webskitters perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is pretty good. The only qualm I have is that they originally estimated that the project would take one month, but it ended up taking five months. I think the primary issue was the delay in communication since they’re in India, and I’m in Canada.
The time zone difference isn’t ideal because one day turns into two. However, I knew going into the engagement that this would be a long project. For communication, we use Skype or Upwork’s platform.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The site implementation was pretty accurate to what I wanted, so I’m happy with it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I understand that because I’m on a tight budget, I can’t have a custom-made project. I don’t like that the user account is on WordPress, but the functionality is fine.
They could’ve encouraged me earlier on in the project to be very comprehensive in my rounds of critiques. I started creating Microsoft Word files with screenshots of my project critiques. I sent those to Webskitters, and they got it done.
Any advice for potential customers?
When you work with Webskitter, you are entering a globalized situation where you're dealing with people in another country. For the work they do, the price is good. Just be prepared for the project to potentially take a little longer than usual.

I am the COO of Prime Time Views, Inc. We are putting together a platform that allows creators to share their content with the general public, as well as have followers and supporters and gain money.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webskitters?
We needed help developing and designing our web-based platform from scratch.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started by giving Webskitters bullet points of what we wanted to accomplish, our goals, and our timeline. After that, they conducted their own research. We got back together and finalized everything. UI/UX was one of the most critical parts of our platform because we wanted it to be user-friendly.
For its functionality, we needed the platform to be capable of content sharing and bank and credit card processing. We also needed to market on social media, and Webskitters created our accounts on Twitter and Instagram.
Webskitters developed the platform using PHP; in 15–20 days,0. it was fully operational. We had weekly meetings to go through everything they accomplished. In addition, they assigned a senior team leader to assist us.
The platform is not yet live, and its development is ongoing.

We are always able to work together. Of course, there are some hiccups, but Webskitters addresses our concerns. They're very proactive, and their team is always available. Communication is consistent and immediate, and if there's an issue, they always get back to us right away.

Webskitters is willing to go the extra mile for us. For example, before we had anything signed, they returned and gave us some research and plans on how they would develop the platform. Also, their pricing is very competitive.
They never said no, and if they didn’t know how to do a task, they would find the answer. For the credit card processing features, they referred us to another provider that put everything together. Webskitters is an all-inclusive shop where we got everything done.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In the beginning, we only had a mid-level project manager despite the project’s complexity. In part, it was also our fault because we were saving money. In hindsight, they could have told us that our project needed some additional funding to proceed smoothly. Maybe they could have been more direct with their communication.

They shared with us the wireframe and phototype of the project and valued our feedback by incorporating the modifications we suggested. It was a really good experience with them.
What was the team composition?
My UI/UX design and graphic design project had a Project Manager, 2 UI designers, 3 UX designers, and 1 graphic designer. The composition was quite good and every team member was excellent in their approach for presenting the desirable result.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I received a perfectly-finished and visually-appealing website for our business. Our team, board of directors, and every other member on board loved the outcome that Webskitters have given us. It is attracting a lot of traffic and attention from our audience these days, it's all because of their excellent job.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their project management style was very impressive. I had a Project Manager to coordinate with, he was in charge of my project and of communicating with him. Under him, I was assigned a team of 2 UI designers, 3 UX designers, and 1 graphic designer, for looking after my project.
The designers co-ordinated with the P.M, who further informed me about any query or issue. The communication was clear. The P.M was efficient enough to establish great communication and encourage healthy relationships. It was definitely a lovely experience.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The company's dedication and excellent team definitely makes up its USP.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I don't think so. For me, they are just ideal in every way.
The client enjoyed the experience working with Webskitters. Although they would benefit from more proof of concept and developer work during EST, the client highly recommends them to others The project helped the client scale their agency significantly.
