I launched the company five years ago, and I was finding it very difficult to build a proper website.

The cost so far is around ₹300,000 INR (approximately $4,000 USD).

I started working with Websigma in June 2020 and the project is ongoing.

My payment gateway is still being approved by the bank, and I have to do some photoshoots, but I expect to launch the site after that and see how it performs. Websigma will help me make any necessary corrections for one month after the launch. I’m quite impressed with them. 

How did Websigma Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good at coordinating with me, and they handle things professionally. I was working on the website with another company before Websigma, and there were constant delays. In this case, there was a delay from my side, because I didn’t have someone in place to coordinate the product development. Otherwise, everything is on track. 

We have weekly meetings to discuss the progress and any changes I want to be done. They get back to me within the same day if I want to discuss something in between our regular communication. We contact each other through email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part of working with them is the follow-up. I’d miss certain things, but they updated me at each stage of the development. That makes everything comfortable for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve had messy experiences with others, and I find Websigma very comfortable and easy to work with. Moreover, they’re very professional in how they do things.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

If the client gives them all the necessary data, everything will be done on time.

We hired Websigma Global Technology Solutions for development of a Web application in the latest technologies available. The goal was to create a smooth running web application which was intuitive with UI/UX and a good server response time..

They have a huge client base and have worked with many international brands. The testimonials, previous projects and the initial discussions with them were the deciding factors to go with the Websigma Technology

We had to use the latest technologies available. The team proposed to build the project in Angular. They delivered the mock ups and when we approved them they started building the project in no time.. Few iterations with the design and UI/UX they had a smooth running angular web application ready.

Around 10 people working on this project.. One business analyst who understood our requirements and had constant discussions with us. one team lead who managed both back end and front end. UI developer who made the design better with each iteration. 5 developers who worked to finish the project in time and 2 testers who tested the modules simultaneously

The web app was very intuitive . user liked it very much. All aspects were good including design user experience and everything else

they had a very good co-ordination among themselves. They gave updates on daily / weekly basis. They would face blockers occassionaly but manage to cope up with the schedule nevertheless.

The company is impressive in the way it handles the work so that they could give their best. We got more than what we asked for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had to give a lot of input on the UI side and it required a lot of iterations. Nevertheless the end result was impressive and we liked it a lot.

We were the company responsible for the architecture and management of the software development of the Food Delivery platform and product. I was the Project Head handling the project. We had outsourced our complete tech development to Websigma Global.

We needed to expedite the creation of application development and delivery feature that would vastly improve the capture and management of media placements.

We wanted a user-friendly application that automated the booking process to improve customer engagement and booking numbers. To develop a robust delivery management system.

We shortlisted several vendors after searching for app development companies online. We chose Websigma because of the quality of their previous work and the proposal they submitted.

The app is aggregator of hotels and food menu. End user can choose, compare, and book any food of their choice by paying the respective amount through a payment gateway. Apart from this, the app offers various discounts/deals via coupon codes requested at checkout.

What was the team composition?

Team consisted of Technical Analyst , Project Manager , 2 Senior Developers and 2 Junior Developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app consistently receives four-star ratings and better. We’re very satisfied with Websigma's delivery.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We met once a week, but their team was always available to take our calls and respond to our emails. They even accommodated our schedule by setting up video conferences so we didn’t have to make the long commute to their office. It was sometimes easier to speak to Technical Analyst who understood our project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We’ve worked with a variety of developers from different companies, but the relationship we have with Websigma has always been good. They’re collaborative and easy to work with, and they do a lot of research on their own to identify opportunities for improvement.

Our project was a novel experience for them because it produced a physical result, whereas the bulk of their work is service based. They took pride in making the app as consumer-centric and engaging as possible. We appreciated the vibrancy and excitement they brought to the process.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, nothing comes to mind. They were quick to solve all issues. I think they’re one of the top providers in the market.

I was heading the technology team that was responsobile for delivering technology projects comprising of content heavy websites, Ecommerce website and mobile apps

We would sub contract Websigma to provide us services in Web Development space Our goals was that we needed a reliable technology partner who would help delivery complex projects in budget and often challenging timelines

Websigma was referred to me by one of my industry friends who had also saught services from Websigma. We considered their team's technology prowess, their ability to adhere to processes and most importantly deliver on their commitments

We did a pilot project with them to assess their capabilities in their aforementioned factors and they came out with flying colours. Since then, in my time in Origami, Websigma was always my go-to partner for any website / Ecommerce requirements

The scope of this project was to deliver a WordPress website which was exteremely content heavy and also very design concious Websigma had to customise WordPress and also develop all the pages and features which if you can see runs into large numbers

We followed a hybrid method of waterfall-Scrum to achieve this where we provided the designs in the beginning and expected the delivery of features and pages in Sprints

We had a very large amount of development that had to be done in a very short amount of time and there was no way the timelines could be extended either.

However, Websigma understood the criticality of this and did a wonderful job in sticking to the timelines and with defects being at just 2%

The most impressive part was their commitment that was displayed as the timelines were very critical. Whenever there was a slip, Websigma always went the extra mile to bring the project back to it's course

Considering the tight timelines we had and the quality in which it was delivered, I don't think they could have done anything better. They were excellent atll the way!

I'm the head of a vision programme for an optics and eyewear company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Websigma Private Limited?

We had deployed an Android-based app for vision screening and order placement. The needed major modifications due to the change in build.

Websigma was hired to completely redesign and build the app from scratch.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted the app to be user friendly, revamp the UI/UX, and to be able to sync between multiple devices with multiple logins at a time.

Our procurement team contacted multiple vendors for app development and narrowed down on 2 vendors where Websigma was one of them.

The initial pitch, the proposed long term support to be provided for us was the key factor in choosing Websigma. Myself, Head of IT, and Head of Corporate IT Security, were involved in the selection process.

The scope was to design and deploy an app used for Vision screening, order placement, and follow-up of patients. Websigma was advised to follow our requirements and provide a wireframe, support documentation initially.

Websigma had clear-cut timelines for each step of the development of the app which was duly followed with team meetings for any changes to be done during each step.

We had a business development manager and 3 developers from Websigma's team.

Websigma delivered the final product within 2 months, 6 days prior to the schedule. The new app was very well taken up by the partners in terms of being user friendly, fast, and with no bugs.

The business development manager was solely responsible to manage the communication between us and Websigma. We were receiving weekly updates from them on the progress and next steps to be done.

Quick turnaround time, easy to approach, open to feedback, and making necessary changes in every step as we needed.

Python based Platform Key deliverables were that the alert generation were made as per requirement which was major part of the project. Mobile app developed in Google flutter
