Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Business Development Manager at Perspective Studio, a Magento specialized and certified сompany offering services such as System Design, Integration with external systems, and e-commerce development from scratch.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webora, and what were your goals?

We have an Italian customer that asked us to develop some custom e-commerce website and marketplace solutions. We made general research to partner up with an Italian E-commerce specialized сompany and we have found many great reviews on the Italian territory about Webora. They work on Magento like us and they use some disruptive technologies to implement whatever a customer needs from the E-Commerce and Web development point of view, including some Machine Learning for predictive analysis and sales forecasting.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The fact it was the best solution on the Italian territory and their crazy methodology of implementing innovation and wide range of skills/services needed to accomplish our customer requirements in this specific field.

Webora has developed with us a custom website in Magento and they used Shopify plus for the frontend and their backend/data scientists after a big data analysis, they decided to propose through us, the implementation of an ANN (artificial neural network) for data mining, clustering, and predictive analysis, something our customer was well desiring to have.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have first engaged their CEO, and then we have cooperated with their COO (a PMP Senior Project Manager), 1 backend developer, 1 frontend developer and 2 data scientists.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

What we have developed working in parallel has guaranteed a very successful delivery of the project.

We’ve been using Slack for short communications, Trello & Jira as Project Management tools, Google meet to align in virtual conference for each Sprint Backlog, Reviews and Retrospective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The passion and quality they put into the project were outstanding. We had a sparkling communication flow with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We think that they can literally grow a lot, the reason why they are expanding their team, so they should keep this quality range also when they will be bigger and bigger. It has been great working with them and of course, we recommend Webora to everyone that wants to talk and develop some specific E-Commerce solutions.
