Their efficient communication is impressive. During our co-operation, the war in Ukraine broke out, and despite being located in Kharkiv, they were soon capable to work again, providing full service despite the circumstances.

We needed help in web development, support & maintenance of our store on an ongoing basis. To make our Magento 1 shop even better and working stable and secure.

Networking and social networks. I had several offers from web agencies from different countries, and also freelancers. Prices were similar and all the potential collaboration partners were abroad. I choose Webmeridian because I had more trust in the company than other offers. As an online based business model it is always susceptible to give full access to the website.

They provided us with consulting services, urgent support of the M1 store, update and patching, made some front-end changes and tax changes. During the cooperation, bugs were eliminated on the project, including the work of Google analytics was restored. There were some improvements added like a banner slider, the page with vegetarian meals, a new cookie extension, shipment comments in the email, and the ability to manage several tracking numbers. Some design changes and improvements have been made like text changes, font colours, pictures position.

Developers, QA engineer, Project manager and Business Analyst. I believe about 5-6 people were involved.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We improved several processes, saving handeling time for orders. Security issues were removed and emails from shop no longer lands in customer spam. User Navigation Experience for mobiles were improved. New functions on the front page makes it possible for us to work with campaigns in whole new way. We never had ressources to measure exact improvement. I want to mention, that we had huge sales increase 2020, at the most +5000%. That put pressure on the organisation, which is why it is hard to make a statement about metrics. But I am sure that this project has contributed to increased sales as also operational excellence.

I mostly had contact with the project manager and he worked On-demand and very flexible. According to my business needs and finances available.

They are responsive and flexible. They stick to the deadlines and help us to maintain our store and fix all the critical issues.

Everything is good enough.

Everything is clear in the development and communication process. We have already achieved better performance results, improved overall functioning of the store, and fixed small site issues.

The company follows its work procedures and is willing to respond to the client's needs. The project manager we worked with provided excellent service. We are satisfied with the quality of work and code that we got from their development team.

It is not unusual for costs to exceed the initial estimate due to scope creep. We could have been notified earlier when we were exceeding the initial estimate. Overall, they did everything that we’ve agreed to and we were able to finish the project on time.
