Although there were a few miscommunications due to a language barrier, they produced a website that fulfilled what I envisioned. The site allows me to effectively showcase my listings, so it’s a benefit for my business.

They keep track of the work. Responses are immediate and Web Logos Hub gets the work done within a solid timeframe.

Unlike other providers, they persevere and dedicate themselves to deliver the work I need. They put in the effort to identify issues and work on fixing them. Their team is dedicated to serving the customer.

There’s nothing they could do better for me.

Even though they may not fully grasp what you need at first, stick with them because they’ll deliver a good final product.

I'm the owner of a business consulting company. I assist entrepreneurs with coaching and execution of projects and assist organizations with developing operational management infrastructure.

We hired them as we were seeking an experienced website developer with SEO/ branding experience to help build a simple and yet responsive website for selling hand-crafted metal hitch covers, and for requesting custom orders.

Our goal was to have the brand developed, wireframe mockup with features and functions finalized, and have a fully functioning and finished site that's user friendly for the business owner and the customers.

We interviewed multiple website developers and determined that their team was the best fit based on price, initial interactions, past work, and their attention to detail.

• Worked on developing the wireframe mockups in Figma
• Then, worked to review the functioning wireframe
• Then, tested the fully functioning and finished site

3 people that I interacted with directly. Two project managers and 1 web developer that I am aware of.

We have gotten great feedback on the design. We have yet to fully launch it.

We communicated back and forth frequently, used screenshots, figma, and Zoom for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to equip our site with custom features that fit the needs of our small business. Some of these features were made to seem not possible or taxing for some of the other teams that we interviewed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The milestones were not quite met to what we expected, however, we rolled with these changes smoothly since we are not of a big scale business yet. Some of the communication and deliverables were weak midway, but we were able to jump on a call and remedy outlying tasks or miscommunication thus far and got the ball rolling again.

Some of the details towards the end were also not done super well (like SEO or little details that seemed to be overlooked to just get the project done). But overall, given that my client is a bit slower in delivering the necessary photos or content, I can understand this urgency and tendency to cut corners.

They were very receptive to our feedback on their work. They implemented the design we provided to perfection while optimizing certain aspects along the way.

They exceeded expectation on certain tasks that needed were updated by us after the start date. They were well versed in both

I think they did an adequate job communicating and completing the job as expected. They exceeded our expectations.

I work in partnership with my wife in a small graphic design company. I handle the web design aspect of the business and working between the client and the design/developers.

We work closely with a select few clients to help them build a website that suits the true goals of our clients. We generally help with the design aspect and were looking for web developers who could work alongside us to created websites that were functional and allowed our clients to make easy edits.

Firstly following simple instructions. In out job posting I ask several questions which instantly shows those who can communicate. Communication is a key area. The second thing was working with us, and building simple sites functionally.

We have built several sites before so new the process well. We started off with the requirements for pages and workflow of the site and the ability for our clients to make simple changes. Then we worked closely along with the Web Logos Hub, back and forth to deliver an editable wordpress site.

A project manager has always been our main contact point, however on occasion we spoke directly to the developer to speed up the comms.

Most of our customers have been very happy with the end result and have come back for more support in both additional websites and marketing projects.

All comms is via Upwork chat or Upwork team calls. We use screen sharing walk throughs too.

They are very easy to with. We can ping through a request and they jump onto it.

To be honest nothing comes to mind. There may be adjustments and fixes that happen in design, but we work on these together as a team.

Web hub needed to start from scratch and redo the entire front and back end of the website ... the previous website had a very limited admin and it was not user friendly and it was done in a very dated support system that could no longer be maintained- Web hub REDID everything in a very modern and user friendly way and I love my new website !

It was Indra as a supervisor and 3 programmers that were all in touch with me working on different elements of the website

The website works better, faster, customers love it and compliment it - in addition as an owner I have the option to add/remove/change texts/pictures by myself from the admin without dependency on the web developers now

One manager and 3 programmers - all communicated via WhatsApp and it was very effective!

The effectiveness of them as a team! They have a very professional approach.

The Web Logos Hub team edited and upgraded our server settings. They also adjusted our WordPress settings to produce the correct IDX output.

A direct project manager from Web Logos Hub handled most of our conversations. However, other specialists joined the conversation when needed.

Web Logos Hub did a fantastic job. Within a week, they resolved errors that the software support teams weren't able to fix in over a year of back and forth communication. They got my site to an incredible page load time, which I didn't think was possible given all the plug-ins I'm using.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

This project was managed extremely well and completed on time. Web Logos Hub sent regular updates on their progress via Upwork and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I highly recommend Web Logos Hub. They quickly resolved issues that other support teams were not able to fix. I will most definitely hire them again for any website development or optimization needs in the future.
