Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and CEO of a home services company. We work with people that mainly own distressed properties in New York City and the surrounding area. Our company purchases the properties, does loan modifications for people who want to salvage and stay in their homes, and offer credit repair.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebLime?

We’ve been operating since 2012 without a website or online presence. We wanted to have more of a brand. We’ve been active for so long but didn’t have a place where people could leave reviews.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebLime built our website from scratch.

What is the team composition?

It was mostly Edan (Founder) and another contact who helped with the content.

How did you come to work with WebLime?

I came across WebLime and reached out to them immediately. Everything started coming together quickly after that.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them during April 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I couldn’t be happier with the results. We’re proud of the website and love to show people. We’ve also closed two deals within a month. We’re hoping to drive more traffic to the website soon.

Every step of the way, the team has been helpful. Edan has given me advice and answered all of my questions. Up until we went live, they constantly asked if I was happy with everything.

How did WebLime perform from a project management standpoint?

We stuck to our deadlines and met them. Communication was great, and everything else ran efficiently.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with WebLime is like talking to friends. I didn’t feel like I was doing business.

I am the Board President of an Atlanta-area animal rescue that provides foster homes for the pets of people who get evicted.

WebLime believes in small organizations with big missions and hearts. They help us look as good online as much larger organizations!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Thank you for making time for our needs and projects even when responses to our questions needed to be a lower priority than other more pressing work! Everything we needed and asked for has been completed.
