They were all very professional and sensitive with the data we provided them access. If we asked them to provide an additional customization in the process, they were very quick to have it implemented. I cannot speak more highly of this team. They have been amazing!

serving many individual stores, as well as advertising them, becomes unprofitable. Therefore, we decided to make one trading platform and transfer all customers to one store. Only "Webkul" had an ideal option with maximum capabilities.

compared the possibilities and the work done among all programmers. Many projects had dead ends. There was no technical support, limited features, little programming experience. A commercial project required a reliable company with experience, knowledge, quick response to questions, of course, the cost of the work, to bring the matter to the end. According to these criteria, only Webkul met.

They had samples of work, ready-made modules for use. Almost all modules were ready for use and no modifications were required. As a result, as a constructor, we assembled a very large store based on Opencart with great opportunities. The complexity was the integration into my server, errors appeared and they were successfully eliminated.

I did not think about it and did not check it, since the work was going on and I saw the results of the work. Who and what did this is only their internal affairs. I got the desired result and that's the only thing that matters to me.

It was important for me to save time on store maintenance for my clients, as well as save money on advertising. As a result, instead of hundreds of stores, I serve one store, and there is also no need for advertising, since each seller advertises himself and buyers of one seller have the opportunity to see the products of another seller. Well organized communication. The ability to communicate by email, chat, in the personal account of the site and a convenient ticket system. I really liked the fact that I could write a message from anywhere and all messages were collected and organized in a ticket system. It is very convenient to send screenshots in messages. It is not required to specially edit pictures in complex programs.
Pictures can be copied and pasted into a question and it's fast. Due to the time difference between the programmers and my place of residence, I received the finished product for testing from the very morning to the beginning of the working day. I test all day, write comments, and send it in the evening. In the morning, all the corrections are ready and you can continue to do tests. If minor errors were then corrected within an hour. If the question-answer then one minute.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
they know their product very well and know the products of other manufacturers. They understand my wishes and fulfill them. For us, English is a foreign language, but we easily understand each other as if we were communicating in our native language. They knew the programming and mentality of other nationalities. Their product was rare and of good quality in today's world.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
it may be necessary to be able to take the initiative and offer additional opportunities, since the customer may not see or be unaware of other opportunities in modern e-commerce. Also, be able to see the shortcomings and correct them. Perhaps I'm wrong and they are doing the right thing, since it is not correct to "impose" products, and it is impossible to fix them without the permission of the customer. Frankly, I did not find any flaws to complain about.

I’m the CTO of an e-commerce site called PaintScratch; we sell custom paint for automobiles.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webkul?
We wanted to redevelop our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webkul is doing custom web development and design for us from scratch. They’re taking our existing e-commerce site to migrate it from our custom codebase to an open-source tool called Bagisto that Webkul created and supports. They’re taking that open-source platform and customizing it for our business use case.
In terms of functionalities, the site will have everything related to an e-commerce platform, including shopping cart, checkout, product pages, and the ability to connect to backend APIs to get product customization data, among other features.
Regarding technologies, they use Laravel and Bagisto.
What is the team composition?
We’ve been working with two members of their team, including a developer and a project manager.
How did you come to work with Webkul?
I found them through their open-source site. I liked their website, and when I looked at who created it, I saw that they had a professional service organization, so I decided to reach out to them.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent around $10,00 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

They’ve been very productive; I hired two previous companies for the same project, but after several thousand dollars spent, they had nothing. I can say that I’ve been getting a much better ROI working with Webkul than with the previous vendors.

Since I have other tasks, they manage the whole project, and communication has been great. We’ve been using Slack and Asana for communication.

They build the open-source product that we’re using, which is outstanding.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of TRANZGO PTE LTD.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webkul?
I hired Webkul to help me set up an e-commerce site for my business, as well as install software modules within it that they had already developed.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webkul has developed our e-commerce site using OpenCart and integrated the software pieces we required within it. Through our engagement, they’ve also done a lot of customization and updates to it to meet our requirements. Additionally, we’ve kept working with them for technical support.
What is the team composition?
I believe that Webkul has a big team, but we don’t have an assigned team working for us. Given that they have a lot of clients, they normally offer chat support, so we talk with different people every day.
How did you come to work with Webkul?
I chose to work with Webkul because they had a lot of predeveloped extension modules for e-commerce sites, so they wouldn’t need to develop the functionality we required from scratch. Additionally, they demonstrated to be very focused on e-commerce solutions. To me, it was very important to have a partner with knowledge of e-commerce issues and the ability to solve them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around November 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Webkul is very knowledgeable, and the site has met my requirements; they’ve achieved what I was looking for from my e-commerce site.
How did Webkul perform from a project management standpoint?
Webkul is very responsive. Aside from their chat support, they provide us with Odoo, a ticketing system where I can submit issues, and they respond within 24 hours. On that platform, I can also track the progress of the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Given that Webkul is an e-commerce-centric development company, they provide us with great e-commerce solutions, and they quickly deploy them into our platform.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be great if Webkul offered personable communication through a dedicated account manager. Chat support is our only communication channel, and although there is a person on the other side, we don’t know who they are.

I'm the Chairman of the company, we are beauty supplier and retail chain Company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Webkul , and what were your goals?
We needed a very advanced e-commerce platform for our female consumers, so they can shop very easily without any advanced knowledge of online shopping. Also, we really needed a very fast responsive website for heavy traffic occasionally.
How did you select Webkul and what were the deciding factors?
We searched on Google and after some short discussion online, we knew they are the guy for our project.

A super-advanced Magento platform and the goal was it should be an instant response from any devices with slower internet speed. A very customized admin panel for our employees to process orders and provides customer supports very easily with Facebook shop integration.
How many people from the Webkul team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A Project Manager and 3 dedicated senior backend developers for 3 parts of our project, however, they have always backup senior analysts whenever they needed.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We believe, our website is one of the fastest Magento platform in the world, they outperform all big Giant and of course, our conversions is 200%+ Bottom line our website had zero downtime during all upgrades and developments, no one knew what was going on, it was all like magic.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They always listen to their customers and unlimited feedbacks revision and they never get tired of redoing any task again and again until we are satisfied. This is a must for every company, which we did not find anywhere else.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Anything new they have never done before, on my request they have learned and delivered to me at affordable cost. They are always standing beside my requirement and appreciate my help and feedback.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We are a very professional company and will never take their developers away, They should have some option for regular voice conversation between the customers and the developers to make it even fast and smooth, conversation with only the project manager sometimes creates confusion and delay of the project.

We are using the Magento 2 system and there are quite a lot of extensions provided by the Webkul team, those extensions are useful and help to solve a lot of problems. Moreover, we now have long-term cooperation with the Webkul team for the maintenance and new functions development. Webkul is a good partner!

The service is good, the team provides very good support. Their team work together, and always discuss with the client for some functions or modifies, and they work together with other team internally and it’s efficient.

We use Akeneo as our PIM connecting to both Magento 1 and Magento 2. We have several customizations specific to our business and needed Akeneo/Magento expertise to implement.
For what projects/services did your company hire Webkul , and what were your goals?
We've found it difficult to find Akeneo developer experts who understand the system and the proper best practices for implementing. We were hoping to get a dedicated Webkul developer to join our team to help develop new features and fix issues we've had in the past.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We've already used several of Webkul's Akeneo plugins which are great. They even helped implement their plugins. Months later, we appoached Webkul asking if they can do custom development in an ongoing basis. i.e. joining our team. It's been night a day difference in velocity

This project uses Akeneo and Magento 1 and 2. The scope of the work is ongoing customizations to Akeneo (and Magento) as well as bug fixing the existing application.

We have a dedicated developer who has support from a larger team in case of coverage needed.

This is an ongoing, current project. We're already seeing much better velocity and better knowledge and experience than we've had with other developers.

Typical onilne communication tools such as chat. They are available for calls as needed, and management is included in the chats in case escalations are needed. Very responsive and adaptive to our environment/tools as well.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The experience and reponsiveness.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not that I can think of.
