A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the vice president of technology for a financial services company.
What challenge were you trying to address with WebInfoMart (MCSAM)?
We were in need of development resources. We were building certain projects that were very specific to a technology that wasn’t part of our existing tech stack.
What was the scope of their involvement?
WebInfoMart is our software development partner. They provide us all the project management, engineering, and QA services — they’re essentially a complete package.
They team augments our existing staff as well as work on projects on their own. Most of our projects are temporary, lasting 6-9 months, and WebInfoMart is doing multiple projects with us.
What is the team composition?
We work with between 15-20 people. As of now, there are 6-10 people with us in-house and some people working offshore. There are project managers, architects, back- and frontend developers, and QA resources.
How did you come to work with WebInfoMart (MCSAM)?
We go a long way back. I was introduced to WebInfoMart by one of my mentors.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent between $200,000-$1,000,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2016, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m satisfied with their work. Whenever I ask for support, WebInfoMart is pretty prompt. They’re really flexible in terms of timelines and last minute adjustments. They’re not really stringent with scope changes.
How did WebInfoMart (MCSAM) perform from a project management standpoint?
I haven’t experienced a time where we had to bump up any of the timelines. They’re really flexible and cost efficient. They always came out with the lowest bid.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re the lowest price, and their quality is pretty satisfactory.
Are there any areas they could improve?
At times, we figured out that the project could be done on the offshore model. The overall consensus was that if the project were done on-premise, it’d be better because of the coordination issues. Otherwise, I don’t see any issues. We’re really satisfied with the deliverables.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clearly talk everything out. When everything is clear, WebInfoMart is very fast and efficient.

Web Development for Automation Company's Client
"I’m satisfied with their work."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and owner of Volting, an automation company.
What challenge were you trying to address with WebInfoMart (MCSAM)?
We needed help with building some API interfaces for a mutual client.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The team helped us with web development using PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. It’s a cloud-based application for shipping ticket reservations.
They coded the software solution. The API implementation became more complex because the shipping companies didn’t have adequate documentation. We had to build more programming in addition to the documentation that existed.
What is the team composition?
I worked with at least two developers, a project manager, and the owner. There were a few other people in the email correspondence.
How did you come to work with WebInfoMart (MCSAM)?
I found them on Upwork, looking for a reliable partner. I didn’t have a positive experience with Upwork before, but I decided to give it one more shot, and I stumbled upon them. It was a very pleasant surprise.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $1,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June–August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m satisfied with their work. I give them five stars because of the project complexity, and they were up for the task.
We assumed how difficult and how long the project would last, and they were able to deliver what we agreed on. The project was a bit more complicated than we initially expected, and they were able to deliver.
How did WebInfoMart (MCSAM) perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything was on point and on time. We communicated via email, phone, and Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They will finish what you agree upon, even if it ends up being more complex than initially assessed by both parties.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Everything was excellent, with no problems whatsoever.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’ve already recommended them to a few of my colleagues. They will honor deadlines. Everything went really well for us.
Internal stakeholders are pleased with the speed and quality of WebInfoMart’s deliverables. The team is flexible, transparent, and capable, making them excellent staff augmentation partners. Customers can expect a knowledgeable, supportive, and reliable team.
