Our goal was to create a logo and packaging for our products, as well as to have a brand guide to follow for our future projects. We wanted to make sure the design spoke to our market with a modern feel.

We found Webgamma on Clutch. After some discussions, we decided to work together in order to achieve our goals.

We worked directly with the founder of Webgamma to ensure that our goal of creating a modern brand was met. We started working with them in October 2019 and the work was completed very diligently.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To date, the logo and packaging is proof that working with Webgamma delivers excellent service. We were especially motivated to create a modern brand and Webgamma guided us through every step.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

While working with Webgamma, it felt as though our company’s success was of the highest priority. Webgamma remains professional and organized at all times and were very detailed in explaining the exact steps they would take throughout the whole project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing was the communication between our company and Webgamma. It made a huge difference having someone who was always able to answer our questions and explain the areas in which we are not as familiar.

We are very happy with how our company is being built and Webgamma has a big role in keeping our vision sustainable.

I'm the owner of a Montreal-based construction firm.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webgamma, and what were your goals?

We hired Webgamma to design and develop a website for our construction company. We needed a website that allowed us to reach out to our clients as well as display our work and general information about our company.

I found them through an online search. I sent emails to numerous different development companies in Montreal, but I liked the work Webgamma had done. The development cost was a major deciding factor.

Within the first week after the initial payment, we received website wireframes. Once we approved the website wireframes, Webgamma provided us with website mockups.

These gave us a stronger visual representation of the final product. When we've agreed on a final design based on the mockups, their team proceeded with the website development. They have developed our website using Wordpress CMS.

3 members from Webgamma's team were assigned for this project. UI/UX designer, back-end developer and project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They have improved the presentation of our work, exactly what we were looking for.

We connected over the phone at least once a week and used email for all other communication and revisions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are always listening to the client’s feedback and needs, which is definitely their best quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything – they are excellent at what they are doing.

We are an online magazine specializing in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, work, and university life. These are topics we care about, and we’re trying to approach them in a way that is inclusive, interesting, informative, and dazzling. I am the marketing manager.

Webgamma provided us with a thorough branding guide, web design, and logo design. We hired them because of previous experience they had that also followed our needs.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to design a blogging platform for young female adults, that was especially user-friendly. Webgamma kept this in mind successfully throughout the entire development process.

The process was very professional and organized. After taking the time to learn about our company, Webgamma created our brand guide, website, and logo with our exact objectives in mind.

Communication was excellent with this company and we worked in close contact with Daniel, the founder of Webgamma. Our questions were always answered quickly and Webgamma proved that our satisfaction was a priority to them. They were clearly very experienced and it showed through their advice and suggestions.

We had a very successful company launch because of working with Webgamma. The user-friendly blogging platform also led to a significant increase in our social media following.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Being able to speak directly with the founder of the company was incredible. It made the process extremely efficient because there was no miscommunication between our vision and their understanding of our expectations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Webgamma was obviously very experienced and again, being able to work directly with Daniel was a huge bonus. Everything we asked for was done exactly how we wanted it, meaning they really listened to our needs. We were most impressed by Webgamma's professionalism.

There is nothing we can think from our experience that requires improvement on their end.

Design By Vision was established in 1990. Providing art services to retail stores, interior designers, hospitality industries, schools, universities, photographers and artists for over 25yrs. As the founder, I oversee all of the business operations.

Our branding was in desperate need of a refresher, and Webgamma had showcased other case studies that resembled what we were looking for. We obtained a logo, branding guide and business cards.

We wanted to present our company in a professional, modern manner to current and prospective customers.

The work began with the logo, and we showed them our previous logos to give them an idea of the style we wanted. After some further questioning on their end, they were able to produce a fantastic brand guide, business cards as well as a complimentary web design mockup which we may move forward with in the near future.

I worked directly with the founder of Webgamma, Daniel, who was able to proficiently answer all of my questions and even gave his own advice on areas that I was unfamiliar with.

As the project is quite recent, we have yet to produce a clear result, but I have shown the work produced my Webgamma to colleagues and have received a very positive response.

As mentioned earlier, working directly with their founder was effortless and communication was always great.

The attention to detail by Webgamma is exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that no stone was unturned, particularly with the branding guide.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I am aware of. The work took slightly longer than anticipated, but this is only due to my lack of understanding of the thorough process that they went through to deliver the end result.

Our brand specializes in sneaker customization. I am the general manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webgamma?

We hired Webgamma to develop an e-commerce website and mobile application with a completely unique shoe customization feature that allows our customers to design any shoe to their preference.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to bring new technology to our business and increase customer satisfaction. We achieved this by offering customers a new service presented through our unique sneaker customization application.

How did you select this vendor?

They reached out to us. After doing some research about their company and looking at their case studies we decided to work with them.

Webgamma designed and developed an e-commerce store with a built-in sneaker customization feature. They then developed an iOS app, designed and manufactured a 3D holographic box (the box featured an iPad station with a pre-installed iOS app) for in-store shoe customization. Webgamma’s team generated traffic through utilizing Instagram influencer campaigns.

What was the team composition?

We work directly with Adan (Project Manager at Webgamma). We also have access to other members of their team (UI Designers and iOS Developers).

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our business has been greatly impacted. We've increased customer satisfaction with the shoe-customization feature they've developed for us, which has also distinguished ourselves from our competition, and we've increased our revenue by approximately 25%.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their project management was very professional and effective. They met deadlines and were excellent communicators. Our methods of contact were through Telegram, and through that they sent us steps to follow during the project (screenshots, demos, etc.).

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I'm particularly impressed with their attention to detail. Their perspective comes from a place that is passionate, creative, cost-sensitive, and unique. They also have excellent problem-solving skills.

No, we didn't run into any issues or challenges with Webgamma’s work.

We're an online clothing brand, based out of Los Angeles. We have two physical stores, one in New York and one in Los Angeles. I am the marketing manager.

Webgamma was responsible for auditing our previous social media performance and work to plan and execute a more effective Instagram marketing campaign. They have been working on increasing the number of brand ambassadors through Instagram/Facebook ads.

The whole team has been receptive and great. We have worked with about 5 people in total.

We've gotten great results from Webgamma’s work. They’ve increased our online traffic, and the number of Instagram followers (we’ve already passed 100k followers across all Instagram accounts in less than 2.5 years ).

The whole team is professional, dependable, and friendly. The project manager that was assigned to us is great.

Webgamma has a very personable team with a hands-on approach. Instagram/Facebook ads have been something which Webgamma took to a completely new level for us.

They have a great team of social media experts, designers and developers who worked in perfect harmony.

Just from the beginning, you can tell that you’re working with a company that is going to get it right, and so far they absolutely have. So far, the average number of daily visitors increased by 30% due to successful social media campaigns.

We were receiving monthly reports and updates via email. The overall communication with the project manager is excellent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The overall experience. They were very proactive in their communication and that means a lot to us. We’re truly happy that they are involved with our project at this point.
