They delivered an amazing result. All videos where created and are ready for a voice-over actor to be picked up.

We took some time to discuss the right outcome. This helped with the speed for the later videos.

The quality of the work is outstanding.

I’m the project manager of an educational AI company. We work closely with colleges and schools. I was one of the company’s first employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webdew?

We wanted to build an explainer video for our product.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webdew made an explainer video for us. We gave them a rough draft of what we wanted in the video, including the text. They came up with everything else.

We were in touch with one of their leads. I don’t know how many members were involved in our video.

One of our co-founders found them online. He got in touch with them after seeing their previous work.

The project took place in April 2018.

We’ve used the video with our clients and new hires. We use it in a lot of presentations. We’ve gotten really good feedback on the video.

How did Webdew perform from a project management standpoint?

Webdew was very responsive. We communicated mostly through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Even their first draft exceeded our expectations by a huge amount. They got most of the idea and what we wanted in that first draft. They were very creative.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we were really happy with what we got from them.

If you want something specific, such as color schemes, be very clear about it from the beginning.

The video describes the entire process of how we cater requirement from client to how we serve them. Pretty much extracts/illustrates the end-to-end experience from a client's perspective

I had 2 revisions and got everything executed perfectly. Used google drive to share feedbacks.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Client admiration and proper transfer of knowledge in less than 3 minutes would be the accomplishment of the video that has been produced.

My team didn't work for it. I worked with the project myself and the workflow seemed seamless and less complicated.

They offer affirmative gestures in terms of revisions.

I can't say too much about it, but it was quite complex and we had a very tight time frame and it was all done extremely well.

Webdew's job was to find blogs for editorial placements of our blog posts. After the initial talks and convincing, we provided content for publishing on decided blogs.

I have worked closely with Danish but I am not sure about other team members of the company.

Success is long term in such kind of projects and results aren't seen immediately but one thing is sure that it will be positive.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was pretty much organized as there was a Google sheet shared between me and the team members. Everything worked according to our conversation on Skype and placements were tracked.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Danish is not just a regular content marketer but he is your partner for success who considers several factors before providing you with opportunities. He solely didn't rely upon the SEO metrics but personally went through the sites before finalizing. Their team makes sure to add a personal touch.

Though there were a handful of placements, but quality matters more than quantity. So, I am happy with the project delivered.

The steps were knowledge transfer from our end, and Webdew got back to us with the storyboard, helped us with the animations, and completed voiceovers.

I am not sure about the project management system but feedbacks were conveyed over text messages. I found that the vendor was more than capable in handling feedback with a low turnaround time.

The video was great and it came at a really good price. We believe the simplicity and quality of the video were great enough to demonstrate a successful engagement.
