The Review
Feedback summary:

Weband delivered high-quality projects and services in a consistent manner. They led an enjoyable, seamless workflow with few surprises. The team lacks enough resources to scale for the time being, though.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO of Jay.devs, an IT company located in Estonia.

What challenge were you trying to address with Weband?

We needed an IT services supplier.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Weband helped us provide IT services for our clients. They mostly help us with development and IT projects, especially those involving JavaScript and widgets. They extended the functionality of our websites with Twitter feeds and other tools. We usually collaborated together, but sometimes for some smaller pieces, they built them from scratch.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 3–4 developers as well as some managers.

How did you come to work with Weband?

They were recommended to us by friends.

How much have you invested in them?

We have spent between $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration started in October 2018 and ended in December 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality was stable. They were a smart and predictable partner. We have received feedback from our managers and clients who have said exactly that.

How did Weband perform from a project management standpoint?

I am content with their service.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We enjoyed working with them. I believe everything has been good and predictable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to grow their team a little more—they have limited resources for us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

In the future, we will need additional resources, and it would be good to work with them.
