Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Go Away Fees, a credit card processing firm. We do cash discount programs that are different from traditional credit card companies.
What challenge were you trying to address with Web Weave?
The biggest challenge we were trying to address was for our back office to have the necessary training and CRM tools. We also wanted to have a platform so we can market our company online through social media outlets.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Web Weave provided us with web development and CRM integration. They gave us training materials for the salespeople and made the platform easy for us to maneuver around. Additionally, the CRM tool has a mobile app so we can access it any time.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with Chris (Creative Director) for the most part.
How did you come to work with Web Weave?
I stumbled upon their company when I was doing research online. I went with them because they were easy to go along with, and they understood and implemented exactly what I wanted.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested about $40,000–$42,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from January–June 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
If I can measure their work on a scale of 1–10, I’d definitely give them a 10. As a matter of fact, I’m going to be using their services on an upcoming project I’ll be working on.
In regards to the changes we made, we have about five salespeople using the CRM tool they developed right now, and everything has been working perfectly — my sales team found it easy and simple to use.
How did Web Weave perform from a project management standpoint?
I don’t know if it’s old school, but I really like it when I can talk to somebody on the phone, instead of email and text. Every time I called them to run through the project, they were always on point. We’re really excited about what they could do for us in the future, as we begin to grow as a company.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were very impressed with how they were able to finish the project on time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s always room for improvement but from my experience, we were just trying to figure out our needs so there were a lot of conversations happening in the beginning. It wasn’t really a problem for us, and everything worked out perfectly in the end.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a really good idea of what you want to achieve before you talk to Web Weave, so you can speed up the process more. The more information you can provide, the better the project will be.
