We needed to expand our online presence to compete with online mattress sellers.

A Web and Mobile Studio has developed our website for the new brand we've launched connected to our retail brand. Their team has designed a 3D model of the mattress to add to the site. We've required that the site be user-friendly to streamline the checkout process. A Web and Mobile Studio has also written content and analyzed our competitor's content. Now, A Web and Mobile Studio provides us with maintenance services.

Our engagement with A Web and Mobile Studio began in August 2021, and it's ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I'm thrilled with A Web and Mobile Studio's work. The site is user-friendly and has received a lot of positive feedback from our customers about the process and UI. A Web and Mobile Studio has delivered exactly what we wanted. Their team has the knowledge to deliver what I need, and I don't need to invest time in researching and explaining my needs. I've appreciated that they took the time to research my product to ensure they could deliver what I needed.

How did A Web and Mobile Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

A Web and Mobile Studio has delivered on time and much faster than other providers I've worked with. I can contact the project manager via email if there are any issues with the site. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with A Web and Mobile Studio's delivery speed compared to other service providers. They have a great team that quickly comes up with great ideas. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for A Web and Mobile Studio to improve.

We had taken a technical interview of this vendor and selected them out of many applications.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They has helped with the estimation in terms of time, cost first. Once it is finalized they have planned overall architecture and team size required. After a couple of calls they have started developing the solution and with in said deadlines we have got the desired things delivered.

What was the team composition?

Entire project was handled by a Business analyst, a Project Manager and with the help of 2 developers and 1 designer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The solution is a major achievement of our company as the website they have delivered is adding more and more values.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They use Trello to manage the tasks and daily job board. It was fast and efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They understand the value long term relationship with the customer the biggest part which we are impressed is their culture of working.

Are there any areas for improvement?

A few points they can look after are: 1. They can improvise working the less level of QA rounds if possible but with that said the current is fine. 2. Need to work on written communication for their Jr. Developers. The management is good in verbal and written communication.
