E-commerce Development for Partridges London
Partridges London sells quality foods and is one of the few remaining family-run food shops in central London. Partridges approached Web Design London to re-design their outdated web site in terms of design and functionality. Web Design London built a new mobile-friendly e-commerce website with an online shopping basket and checkout system to enable clients to make online purchases. They also added social media integration with a live Instagram feed and links to Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Web Design for Afra Capital
Afra Capital is a financial consultancy firm specializing in life and disability insurance underwriting. Afra Capital required a brand identity and micro-site to support, promote and add credibility to their consultancy practice. Web Design London developed a brand identity and web site to demonstrate a design typical of the financial industry. Touches of color and animation bring the brand identity and web pages to life.

E-commerce Development for Dairy UK
Dairy UK is passionate about dairy and dedicated to healthy people, healthy communities and a healthy planet for future generations. Web Design London created their web design using WordPress in order to fully demonstrate the dual purpose of their online presence. The site offers downloadable PDF content for online customers and an updated e-commerce platform gives healthcare professionals the ability to order Dairy UK packages in bulk for wider distribution in practices and health centers.

Web & Print Design for Publishing Company
“I’m happy with them.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a publisher.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reactive Graphics?
I was just starting my company and needed someone to design our logo and website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Reactive Graphics designed our original website. Based on the specifications I provided, they gave me several options for possible logos. They also set up our email system and continue to provide maintenance and hosting.
Currently, they design the covers and layouts of the books, novels, and poetry we publish.
What is the team composition?
During the website development, I worked with 4–5 people.
How did you come to work with Reactive Graphics?
I was looking for someone who did both print and web design, and I found several agencies online. Reactive Graphics came up as one of the companies who had that capability. Not only did I get the best quote from Reactive Graphics, but I also liked them the most.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent £30,000– £40,000 (approximately $38,400–$51,200 USD) on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
They worked on the website June–September 2009, and the engagement is ongoing. I have a bespoke website at the moment, but we’re getting ready to change that to WordPress.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our website is nine years old and has served us well. They must have done a good job because that is extremely old in website terms.
Also, I always get a lot of compliments about our covers and layouts. They look different from other books, and people say they are quite beautiful.
How did Reactive Graphics perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re excellent at meeting deadlines. We communicate via phone and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They understand how we work. Since we have the same taste, things have turned out quite well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re highly professional. If you have a professional attitude yourself, you’ll work very well with them. Be very clear in your instructions or specifications.
Reactive Graphics’ website design has stood the test of time, while their attractive book covers have garnered positive feedback. Their talent and reliability have led to a long-term collaboration.
