We also designed a custom landing page (https://sportingchanceforum.com/) and produced their whole 14 session virtual event, with 12 live sessions and two fully pre-produced side events. International Foundation for Electoral Systems hired We & Goliath to take its U.S. Elections Program virtual, with over 2,000 attendees from 125 countries keeping an eye on accountability in our electoral system, all in six languages). Both Facebook and Microsoft sponsored the event to showcase the work they’re doing to defend democracy online.
For this session, We & Goliath sent videographers to five cities to record on-the-ground footage of how early voting looks and differs around the country.
We spliced that footage into the segment as two elections experts conducted a virtual tour of voting places and share key insights through exclusive footage and interviews with U.S. elections officials.
UC Berkeley’s Othering & Belonging Institute asked us to help produce and livestream their panel discussion series called Toward Belonging, and then to take over the production of two other series, Rise Up for Justice – Black Lives and Our Collective Future, and Radical Imagination for Racial Justice.
These series of dialogues focus on how we can work together to realize more fair and inclusive societies, take care of our planet, and insist on a world where there is no “them,” only a new and bigger “we.”
We “multi-streamed” each of the talks to both Facebook Live and Youtube Live and helped them pull in and highlight social media comments in the videos.
To improve accessibility, we offered transcription and close captioning.
For some of the livestreams, we also offered graphic design, custom video editing, such as creating a video-slideshow used as an intro as well as split-screen b-roll.

After producing NARAL's Virtual Activist Summit, they invited us back to help merge two of their biggest fundraisers into one virtual event, NARAL Coast to Coast, which raised over $1.3M, including $160,000 during the 1-hr live experience.
Here is a short highlight video we made after the event to maximize the event’s reach, inspire attendees with key moments they loved, and to activate social sharing.
We & Goliath's helped NARAL launch their first-ever activists' summit and first-ever virtual conference.
Our event producers led this powerful virtual campaign rally for NARAL Pro-Choice America providing the pre-production graphics, layouts and animated lower-thirds; private backstage prep with Sen. Cory Booker after the stream had already started; livestream production including switching between graphics, pre-recorded video message from Sen. Elizabeth Warren, live switching between single and multiple speakers, and a "how to navigate" slideshow that we controlled for the speaker.

We & Goliath’s efforts resulted in a successful virtual conference that had a more polished and professional feel. They were accommodating and supportive. Their experience of working mainly with nonprofits was impressive — it allowed them to anticipate and understand the client’s needs.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the associate director of training at the Land Trust Alliance, an environmental nonprofit.
What challenge were you trying to address with We & Goliath?
We were conducting our annual conference virtually, and we needed assistance with the production, recording, and polishing of the event.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We & Goliath conducted training for our staff and speakers in preparation for the conference. They then provided support during the event.
We & Goliath used Cadence to produce our conference. They assisted us with our pre-recorded sessions and helped us stream those into the platform and main stage plenary session. They supported close to half of our sessions.
What is the team composition?
I mostly worked with two people. However, during the event, additional producers provided support.
How did you come to work with We & Goliath?
We found them through Cadence.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $35,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement lasted from June–October 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We & Goliath’s support made our speakers more comfortable at the conference’s backstage. They gave our event a more polished and professional feel.
How did We & Goliath perform from a project management standpoint?
We & Goliath’s project management went well overall. They were very supportive — during the event, they made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were impressed with We & Goliath’s mission of working mainly for nonprofits, especially in the social justice and environmental space. Due to their experience, they knew what we were looking for.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We could have used more information upfront in terms of file type specifications. We experienced some bumps in the end because we created everything in the wrong format. We had to redo the files, which was time-consuming. That said, the engagement went well overall.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you have an additional budget, do some strategic planning or creative work with We & Goliath. They had a lot of great ideas, and we just didn’t have the time or money for further engagement.
