Framewhere, a marketplace for photographers and videographers. This i online portal where professionals can list their portfolios and potential customers may search, combine and connect with them. My position in company is CEO and co-founder.

Goal of the project was designing and building from scratch ready to use platform

Several vendors were being considered at that moment. However the key factors where:

  • responsiveness
  • speed of developing (vendor had to work on weekend and during the night).

They have developed the platform from scratch:

  • design and planning of functionality and UX/UI
  • building and launch ready to use beta version of platform
  • delivering final edits after market feedback both front and backend.

What was the team composition?

One person at the beginning and then team increased to two.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The platform has been launched on time meeting all deadlines and technical expectations. As the matter of fact, all the following deadlines and milestones have been met.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I have enjoyed the great communication and responsiveness between us. All the deadlines have been met and no problems neither delays have happened.

I'm COO and co-founder at myREST - solutions for restaurants for improving their business. Centralized marketing tool that helps restaurateurs to increase numbers of orders, give them an ability for strong brand building and to digitize HoReCa market.

We needed to build and designed our project from the beginning. We needed front-end and back-end development support. We’ve engaged this team as a development partner to build our platform. Generally we’ve looked for help with design and development of the different parts of the product we're creating.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed experienced developers to create the product which will include reservation system, digital menu, Admin panel (CRM) and will be the centralized marketing tool for restaurants. We wanted to have fully designed and functional complex product for restaurant market that will allow us to boost our growth and scale rapidly. Now we are still working with team and our next project is the Chatbot.

How did you select this vendor?

We knew about team from some other development projects that they had done previously and also they are well-known developers in Krakow. Their experience, approach and work methodology fit us perfectly.

Team designed and created the complex smart solution for a restaurant. The project included few parts, and they are creating the whole ecosystem of product. Ecosystem includes:

  1. Widget - table reservation system directly from the restaurant website, Facebook, Instagram or other SM platforms.
  2. SmartMenu - an interactive menu of dishes and drinks inside guest’s phone (web application, android application).
  3. SmartVenue - solution for calling the waiter from the table (web application, android application).
  4. Admin Panel - restaurant CRM and central management tool of the whole ecosystem. Advanced marketing tool.

What was the team composition?

Front-end and back-end developers are working with us during this project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Team created our product from 0 (just starting from the idea) to the fully functional marketing ecosystem for restaurants. It’s our core product, which is the base for building our business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Generally guys took care of everything: they have analysed the idea, created development roadmap (agreed to our main goals/milestones) and executed that plan. They are still our partners and we are happy with timeliness, accuracy and engagement.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Great quality of work, high engagement, support in any questions / issues and also timeliness - they are always completing tasks on time, with high quality and excellent understanding of our needs. They are well organized and very flexible in adapting to any changes.

Can’t identify anything. We are under excellent care.

The main task, which was to quickly convert visitors of site into students. To do this, it was necessary to create an educational platform directly on the site.

We have heard a good feedback from our partners, so we decided to cooperate after few calls and meetings.

First, we had to completely rework the old version of the site to integrate new features, it did not take them much time. This was followed by the main part, which included preparation of design, functionality and product testing.

Team that worked with us included 3 web developers and designer. The team quickly did the tasks and not only did standard job. The team offered their own solutions, which were very useful.

Thanks to the work done, the number of users who became students of the courses doubled and the number of requests to the support team has decreased.
