The approach from this agency is very unlike others since they will provide amazing customer service. The E commerce platform that they generated for my company was done very detailed and ade to measure, specially for my needs.

The impact that this platform has had in my business is incredible, we have more brand awareness, our sales have increased, and the navigation in our website is very friendly for our customers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We would review weekly the detailed ongoing changes that the platform was having, also had help with theyre expertise on design and how the website would be more effective.

The creative process was very important since we had a lot of research made for what suited best for our brand, this brought great new areas of opportunity for our company. On how we portrayed our product, and how to channel it in an effective website.

The detailed construction that went into every detail of the website. They offered great designs that were all custom and tailored to our brand. Today we have a succesful online retail store that is a window to the world. Our digital channel has expanded tremendously and we as a company have learned to navigate with the tools that We are Bolt made for us.

Im the CMO of Havoc Suits, we create awesome made to measure suits and shirts for men with an omnichannel business model.

For what projects/services did your company hire wearebolt?

We had trouble with the online personalization of the garments and they helped us developed the hole personalization section for our shopify store. They also helped us with a crucial part of our business model that is the web scheduling, they help us developed a booking app embebed in the our shopify store with complex integrations with the store availability and our CRM.

To connect our made to measure system with shopify via a customization section in the e-commerce and to build and appointment app connected with our CRM so the customers could book and appointment online.
