For what projects/services did your company hire We Are Acuity?
Projecting a strong and established brand - market leaders - at a local level to prompt engagement, reappraisal and conversion to purchase education products to meet regulatory obligations. B2B proposition in mature market to deliver increased customer lifetime value and counter forces of market commoditisation.

How did you select We Are Acuity?
Competitive selection process of long listing and short listing to 3 and personal recommendation. Panel centred on myself, with marketing team and business P&L stakeholders.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Acuity added insight and creative expertise to an established and successful marketing and account management team. Taking the brief, Acuity planned targeting, channels, timelines designed content and collateral for multiple campaigns distributed through our digital and traditional channels using customer and prospect data. Within the national market, highly targeted to customers and prospects the market surrounding c.240 individual training locations.
What was the team composition?
We engaged directly with business owner Peter and two of his account management/creative team. There were more contributing that were not client facing.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
A series of planned campaigns that met their reach, engagement metric targets. Contributing to a 8% YOY increase in margin and increased levels of repeat purchase within the defined geographic areas targeted. Exposure to Acuity's creative approach inspired and developed the vision and capability of the in house marketing team. Lead to Acuity being hired for subsequent campaigns in other divisions.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Interaction between Acuity and the internal team was exemplary. Managed by our usual campaign planning business processes.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Listened to the brief, with confidence and insight to challenge preconceptions, and the team led a collaborative approach to finding solutions.. Have been happy to recommend their work to my peer group.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Only the learnings that should be expected to be gained through an innovative campaign approach - and were rolled out during the campaigns cycle - establishing a working relationship to execute the approved plan, to more precise targeting, finessing creative etc.
We Are Acuity's efforts contributed to an 8% YOY increase in sales margin and repeat customers. The team's creativity was able to motivate and inspire the company's in-house team to yield better results. Communication between the two parties was seamless and productive.
