Typically, customers reach our agency having just a vision of their product and desire to implement it. Therefore, we build a project business model starting from its first brick. This project has turned out to be the same case. Before we get started to draw a specification in its first version, we had to brand, construct a promo landing page for the project, design app logic, and hold several joint sessions with the customer.
C2C stands for “customer to customer” and “crypto to cash” at once. In defining identity, we did a research study and found some common crypto project evolution patterns within the competitive field. The customer wanted to keep and multiply these patterns in his project. Therefore, an option, expressing both the idea of peer-to-peer interaction and image of the coin that the project “mints” for its users was chosen as the visual symbol.
Besides, under the branding style, there was developed a simple landing page, with small engaging items from the must-have list, for example, home screen animation video that underlines the project essence.
Within the product, users can exchange fiat money for cryptocurrency and vice versa, while the system guarantees transaction security by holding participants' funds at the moment of the transaction.
The technology stack includes Laravel + VueJS, as today it provides development freedom and saves a budget while ensuring high quality in terms of product security and performance.
At the moment, MVP is developed in the form of a web application, however, the customer is serious to validate the design and product operation, and then move to full development for iOS and Android.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wanted Agency?
We have a lot of technical stuff to be done with our website. Wanted agency were running either basic support of the website, including fixing bugs, Wordpress support and plugins setting, or creating the new plugins, advanced mechanics and databases.
What were your goals for this project?
There were several projects we were making together with Wanted Agency. 1) They had to create parallax plugin and curated the redesign process. 2) Creating the database of Ukrainian music on 2 levels: bands database and lyrics database. The work was done perfectly according to our tasks. 3) Full-time support of Wordpress and hosting support. Everything was done in time and Wanted agency reacted truly quickly.

They were recommended by my colleague who is well known in Ukrainian advertising community. I worked with freelancers before and tried to make everything done by myself.

They designed, created, developed and integrated some custom plugins for Wordpress including Paralax plugin. They used our mockup and redesigned the full website of karabas.live, we were working with at that moment. They transferred our website from one hosting to another without loosing any data. They helped to reorganize the website for better SEO and mobile. Everyday support and quick help with crashes of all type.
What was the team composition?
I was working directly with a project manager and he managed to be the only person I need to fix all the problems and communicate with his team. Which is quite convenient.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Wanted Agency helped our project to become technically consisted and manages to launch and develop all the ideas we create inside our team. Thanks to them we transferred to a better hosting. The download speed on desktop and smartphone doubled. We launched database of Ukrainian albums and lyrics. We changed the appearance of our website.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
I worked all the time through the team lead. He answered every time I needed and proposed a lot of solutions to our problems. That was extremely effective because he always appeared to be quite sensitive to our needs and was truly helpful.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They can find out how to solve almost every problem. Also they have truly transparent costs on every type of work. Project manager seems to work 24/7 that's why i'm never afraid if anything would happen to the site, they won't help.

If there are I don't know in which field. And it's not about sweeping praise. I really didn't experience any problem on any level.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a creative engineer at a stock photography company. We have an online platform, and I’m in charge of the copywriting department and curating some of our creative projects.
What challenge were you trying to address with Wanted Agency?
We wanted to completely redesign our blog.
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, we chose and theme for the new blog and provided them with it and some requirements. From there, they created the blog and implemented customized content that reflected our requests. Following that initial build, there were many small adjustments to incorporate. However, we reached our end goal pretty quickly.
We also worked with them on an annual project showcasing photo trends. Our team was having difficulties transferring the files to our servers. After taking it on, they quickly reassembled the project. Our site is WordPress-based, but there were many technical requirements that came into play while transferring the project. Their work involved HTML coding.

Their entire team has about 30 people, but I’m just in touch with Alex (Digital Strategist), who manages the project.

The work was mainly transmitted in text format. Several times for work we made calls, but rather for general synchronization. The performer always correctly expressed thoughts in the text, so there was no need to constantly communicate. For work, we used a chat in a Telegram.

The contractor showed a very high quality of the final product. The site works very quickly, smoothly, without problems and layout problems. All work was done extremely cleanly. It is also worth noting that the developers have always communicated very culturally and professionally, knew how to correctly ask questions, and in general saved us a lot of time without dragging out dialogues with long correspondence.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No weaknesses were noticed. During the work, an unforeseen circumstance happened to the project manager, but even a personal problem did not prevent him from doing his job efficiently.

They quickly understand what we want and they don't waste time (it was with landing, design, logo...). They understand our wishes and work on them quickly and professionally. And the main thing is quick response and contact.
