I am the owner and main photographer of my wedding photography business "Mel Silva Photography".

For what projects/services did your company hire Wama Software, and what were your goals?

Wama and her team have helped me with many tasks over the years, including updates and upgrades to my website to make sure it is functioning correctly and it is ranking in google.

I am not very good with anything technical, however Wama and her team always understand what I need and we do skype calls if anything needs to be clarified.

How did you select Wama Software and what were the deciding factors?

Wama was recommended to me through a friend here is Australia, and they continue to do an amazing job so I continue to use them for any website issues I have.

Again, I am not very good with this technical language. But recently they have changed my website from http to https, making it secure and more favoured by google. Also adding a new widget to my website.

I only directly spoke with Wama on this occasion, and she would have appointed certain staff to do the tasks.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They quickly delivered the tasks, and I am very happy with the result.

After I emailed Wama Software the tasks, Wama followed up on Skype to clarify my tasks (as I said I am not very technical). This gave me confidence that they understood what needed to be delivered. They completed the task in a few short days.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to understand the task when it came from my self, who is someone who has no technical or web developing experience. Great communication and understanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I am happy.

I’m a product manager at a real estate lending company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wama Software?

We hired Wama Software to create proprietary real estate software.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed an automated flow for real estate documents.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Wama Software‘s skilled programming team wrote strong code. They based the designs on wireframes and mock-ups we provided. Our project required the team to solve complex problems.

What was the team composition?

The first individual resource we hired completed most of the work. As the project progressed, we scaled up to a team of two full-time developers. A project manager oversaw the process and provided QA testing and support.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We're happy with the outcomes. Our ongoing work with Wama Software aims to refine the project. I'd trust them for mid-size projects and recommend hiring them.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used a loosely Agile method. Using Google Docs helped us manage the specs. On occasion, we communicated via G-Chat.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is reliable and dependable. Samier (Senior Consultant, Wama Software) is excellent.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

If you provide clear specs, Wama Software will do a great job. Our problems usually arose from ambiguous requirements or wireframes. Even when faced with uncertainty, they promptly adjusted and revised elements as needed.
