Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are a health data-sharing platform. We encourage members to contribute data in exchange for ownership in the platform and the company. I'm the VP of experience and engagement.


What challenge were you trying to address with Vujà Dé Digital?

We wanted to understand different demographics that might be interested in becoming members of our platform. We wanted to figure out the best messaging and channels to create awareness and boost engagement.


What was the scope of their involvement?

They act as our digital media consultant. They collaborate with us and provide insight into the different channels we could use. They created a complete digital activation plan for paid search, paid social, and paid programmatic display. They also helped with campaign optimization and reporting, and they helped us adjust tactics to meet our goals and KPIs.

What is the team composition?

We work with a team of six or seven. That includes two strategists, an account director, the head of programmatics, the head of social, the head of search, and a data analyst.

How did you come to work with Vujà Dé Digital?

I previously worked with their cofounders at another agency. They performed extremely well, so I reached out to them when I joined the team here.

We started working together in September 2019, and the collaboration is ongoing.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

During the initial consulting phase, their key leaders were very involved in our media strategy. They've been involved throughout our media campaign as well, and they've provided a lot of insight. Their client service is excellent during the campaign, and their execution is always very timely. Each of the individual channel heads provide great input for optimization, and their service, strategy, and execution are all excellent.

How did Vujà Dé Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is second to none. The software they use is sophisticated, and they never miss deadlines without warning us. They use Teamwork, which allows us to create customizations that fit the engagement. They manage our expectations well, and their communication style is good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their willingness to invest in the relationship is good, both from a resource and a time perspective. We're a young company, and we're moving quickly. We pivot regularly, and they support us like a partner.

There's nothing I can think of they should change. Their service is great, and their size allows them to be nimble and flexible. They're always on top of things.
