Modelpay is a platform that helps talents.
Mostly models in the highest segment of modeling with their entire credit management to collect their money.

Modelpay analyses the data of the models’ administration, converts analogical tables into clear logical and readable tables. It compares inputted data to a list of databases to understand better what the data is showing (e.g. which client, what job type, etc.).
ModelPay interacts between it’s software and the models’ agencies’ accountings.
On time interval the system will have an interaction with the agencies, asking for a new list of jobs and expanses on their behalf.

I am the owner of the design company. We work with the startups and application development companies more than five years and help them with the design solutions.
For what projects/services did your company hire VReal Soft?
I had an idea to built a mobile application, that will make it easy to manage a customer's home. Our company doesn't have any developers in-house, so we needed to search for a great outsourcing company.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to have an app intended for creating different scenarios for managing the house and all the equipment in the app. We wanted to make user's lives better and easy, so they could order the house equipment and call the emergency services from this app.
How did you select this vendor?
We searched for a good development company through the internet and our partners for a while. Finally, after months (!) of the continuous scan, we found a VReal Soft company, that was fitting all of our requirements.
Describe the project in detail.
Once we found this company, we needed to discuss all the details of the project, to the smallest thing. Within a week, the company fully prepared all the necessary documents for the start of the project and we started work. We agreed on the use of React Native, Redux technologies for this application and everything worked perfectly and very quickly.
The VReal Soft company was responsible for writing documentation, managing its developers, front- and back-end development and QA testing. This application is integrated into the native application for Swift and Java Android. As I know, this company also provides an AR/VR application development, expertise, MVP&Prototyping services and dedicated team (whitch is great, I want to say).
What was the team composition?
We always talked with the Project Manager, who was always in touch. He really cares about his developers and how their work is going. For my project was working one front-end and one back-end developer, a project manager a QA tester.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within the year after the project is finished, we see a great number of glad users that are happy to have such an easy-to-use application, that fits their needs. This application is available in Google Play Market and Apple Store, so everyone can check it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager that was assigned for this project was easy to communicate with. We always talked through Skype and it was always convenient. The team responds for feedback was really fast, and they didn't hesitate to ask any questions.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was blown away by the knowledge that this company has about mobile app development and their attention to detail. They were patient and treated with understanding if we needed to accelerate with something.
Are there any areas for improvement?
By the end, we have a great working product, that fits all our requirements. Everything can always be done faster, but I don't think that two days late to a deadline is critical. The quality of the work suited me, and I think that price meets quality.

We had a client who had an idea to build an application. But when he comes with this project to us, we understood that all of our developers are busy and we can't take one more project. So we decided that the best solution will be to find a partner, who will understand all the challenges of this project.
What were your goals for this project?
The main purpose of an application is that users can pay all their utility bills from Kiosk self terminals. For users it should be a simple and useful application, that will simplify their lives. The special thing in this project was that it is a desktop application for self terminals.
How did you select this vendor?
We searched for vendor at internet, mostly. Social Media, freelance websites etc. When we started conversation with other IT companies, we were not sure that they had good and reliable developers. But, when we found VReal Soft and met with their developers and project manager we understood that they are always ready to help, happy to learn and discuss new information.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The VReal Soft company developed this project from scratch. At the very beginning, we made a short brief of specifications and a first estimate. Then, when all was approved, they wrote all the documentation that we needed to start working.
The project was divided into sprints. In our application, we have a list of requirements, that customer could use. User can: view payments and procedure, see the map that reflect all the terminals in his city, news, view smart tutorial video, and print a form for administrative procedures.
What was the team composition?
The project team had five people: one backend developer, two frontend developers, one project manager, and one QA tester. The size of the team and its composition has not changed during the project.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Our application was finished in the planned term. After that we launched it and saw that users liked it! Customers make transactions through our service and we still receive great feedback!
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management was really impressive. We always had a chat with each other, all questions leveled received an answer. All management was made through the JIRA tool. There were no issues caused by a language barrier. We had communication through Skype/Slack.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was really impressed by how much the developers were always ready to help! They were open to new knowledge and work on product quality. And it was really a pleasure to see how happy they were when they understand how helpful they were.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Honestly, I'm glad that I chose this company. The developers and PM are honest and open, the quality of the final product is on top, as is the speed. Of course, sometimes it was necessary to correct something during the development process, but the team treated this with understanding and always tried to find the best and fastest solution.
The application is easy to use and has received positive external feedback. VReal Soft is knowledgable and dedicated, producing quality work within the desired timeline. Their team is communicative and provides constructive feedback.
