What was the scope of their involvement?

Vovoza dials outbound and initiates conversations with consumers about their needs and wants. If we’re able to produce what the consumer wants, their team gives them additional information to qualify them as a better lead for the company. Then, they transfer the call to our sales team to get them further down the funnel. Their team helps us reach consumers and provide them with the products that they request. 

What is the team composition?

We work with Jeff (Vice President of Sales & Business Development). He assigns an account manager to every campaign that we run.

How did you come to work with Vozova?

I’ve known Jeff for 10 years.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent probably six figures on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked on projects with them since 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve run a campaign with them for about two years because we’ve had success with doing transfers.

How did Vozova perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through instant messaging via Skype. We also use email and phone. They’re responsive and available through any method. Their team communicates about deadlines they can and can’t hit. The majority of the time they hit deadlines. If they can’t hit a deadline, it’s usually due to outside factors that aren’t in their control.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Vozova’s well organized from the project's set up to its execution. They have every piece that we need to be successful. Their team can make adjustments to make a campaign successful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to make sure to always have QA in place. They can run so fast that the new representatives may not be ready for the new project. Every once in a while, a representative may need extra training to be ready for a campaign.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate your expectations and goals clearly. Understand that you’re probably looking at a three-day to two-week ramping up period to perfect the process. You need to give them time for testing to know the kind of results that you can see.

Vozova has helped us with multiple verticals such as jobs, travel, and credit repair campaigns. We collect data from our website in real-time, and then, from a programmatic standpoint, Vozova would be calling those customers for us. 

The team would then take those customers through a set of pre-qualification questions to make sure that they were good for a particular campaign. 

What is the team composition?

They assigned us a project manager.

How did you come to work with Vozova?

I had known the owner of the company for many years.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, our total spend has been in the seven figures. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement began in about 2018 and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

For us to continuously run a campaign it has to have a certain level of profitability. While working with Vozova, we’ve managed to maintain that certain level of profitability. 

If a campaign wasn’t working, it wasn’t really due to their services. With the team, we’re able to quickly ascertain whether something is working or not through real-time reporting and metrics. If a campaign is working, we can scale it quickly. 

How did Vozova perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project manager is a hands-on liaison between us and Vozova. I’ve had the same project manager for more than three years, and they’ve become a part of our company. This is what makes Vozova valuable for us. 

The communication has been great. It’s direct and quick. We mainly communicate via email and Skype, and we’ve used Slack in the past.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When you start working with them, it’s almost as if they become an extension of your company. So, there is a certain peace of mind and level of comfort that you get from that, which is rare.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no suggestions because they’ve been great. Vozova has done well during this challenging time. I work with other vendors who’ve had problems, but Vozova has impressed me with the way they’re handling this pandemic.

Test what you’re going to be working on with them. Then, analyze the results and identify what is and isn’t working.

Vozova helps us with inbound and outbound sales campaigns and generating leads in the home-improvement space. They provide us with a variety of agents from their near-, on-, and offshore call centers. The team uses their internal proprietary dialer system, as well as our cloud-based system.

The number of call center agents we’ve worked with has varied over the years. It’s ranged from 100 to a couple of hundreds.

How did you come to work with Vozova?

They were recommended to me by a business colleague. After speaking to them, it was clear that Vozova had a good understanding of the call center business, our needs, and generating leads and sales. They also had a proven track history of success, which is why we decided to work with them.

Our engagement began in late 2011, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They were able to quickly scale more than 100 seats in the first campaign. Vozova is the only outsourced call center that we work with today. We’ve piloted with many call center partners over the years, but Vozova is the only one we’ve worked with that can perform in the same range as our in-house agents. 

How did Vozova perform from a project management standpoint?

They have direct communication with my in-house trainers and managers. On Vozova’s side, they have team leads, managers, general managers, and QA specialists, which is what sets them apart. They also do a great job with quality control. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their management is very different from what I’ve seen in the industry. Vozova is very hands-on and approaches campaigns similar to the way we do. Any of the trainers or managers who oversee campaigns start at ground level so they can slowly understand what it takes to complete a sale or generate leads. 

Managers at other companies aren’t concerned with getting hands-on experience with our specific campaigns. Additionally, Vozova's flexibility and ability to scale quickly is incomparable. There are very few companies that can scale as quickly as Vozova can while maintaining quality and performance. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no suggestions. We are very happy with the work they do. They knock it out of the park and over-deliver.

Give their team enough time to understand the campaign that they’re going to be working on. If you do that, they are guaranteed to get the job done.
