What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
For us to continuously run a campaign it has to have a certain level of profitability. While working with Vozova, we’ve managed to maintain that certain level of profitability.
If a campaign wasn’t working, it wasn’t really due to their services. With the team, we’re able to quickly ascertain whether something is working or not through real-time reporting and metrics. If a campaign is working, we can scale it quickly.
How did Vozova perform from a project management standpoint?
Our project manager is a hands-on liaison between us and Vozova. I’ve had the same project manager for more than three years, and they’ve become a part of our company. This is what makes Vozova valuable for us.
The communication has been great. It’s direct and quick. We mainly communicate via email and Skype, and we’ve used Slack in the past.
What did you find most impressive about them?
When you start working with them, it’s almost as if they become an extension of your company. So, there is a certain peace of mind and level of comfort that you get from that, which is rare.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no suggestions because they’ve been great. Vozova has done well during this challenging time. I work with other vendors who’ve had problems, but Vozova has impressed me with the way they’re handling this pandemic.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Test what you’re going to be working on with them. Then, analyze the results and identify what is and isn’t working.
