Experience:

We selected them because they seemed to be a decent company to use. We had a problem once where the system went down for a while and we had to answer the calls manually, which was not easy. We use the custom routing option for our industry. For the most part, well, except for one time. It helps us a lot being that at times we get a lot of calls.
