We have heard great things about Voice Nation and that is why we picked it. Before, we were having a lot of people complaining about the customer service. With Voice Nation the amount of complaints has dropped significantly. We use their automated answering machine option. Performance has been very good. It has benefited the company because we are having less complaints, therefore the manager does not have to talk directly with the customer and just focus on getting more clients.

Pros:

The # 1 thing is the heart of the manager and company. They really want to help people and are very uplifting.

The only con is if I have a problem I would like them to answer the phone a little faster

Make sure they make it clear how long the turn around is to fix a network problem.

Experience:

First, it had to do with the cost. As a school district we usually have to go with the lowest bidder. A problem we had were too many incoming calls that secretaries could not handle as they would need to put people on hold, especially during weather emergencies, so this helped ease the burden and allow more people to get through and wait less to speak with someone. We use their automated dialing, voice menu box, automatic notifications to those who sign up. The company has performed well. We have had instances when the system is down and people cannot get through, causing some problems.
